Dream holiday

We stayed a few days and I must say that we had a very very good time
Our room with sea view terrace was gorgeous with a breathtaking view
Large parking lot
All staff very friendly and welcoming
The lady cleaning the rooms very good, the room was always super clean and smelled good
Breakfast room overlooking the sea that made this moment magical
Good breakfast, perhaps being a 4 star I would have expected a daily change of desserts proposed (tarts and cakes that did not finish were proposed on the buffet the following days)
We also ate at the restaurant and I must say that dinner was also very good
The only drawback, the pool not working and no one at Reservation had warned us, and 'true that the sea is a stone's throw but in some moments would have made this holiday even more magical
Undoubtedly if we return to Crotone we will stay at Helios again, I really recommend it
We had a great time and pampered by all the staff

Very old and dirty rooms

Room with 80s decor falling apart, mold in the walls and horror movie bathroom, I changed the room for bathroom problems, but the second was worse than the first....
I do not understand how such an old, dirty and scruffy structure can have four stars!

Great potential but there is so much to do

It would be a really nice structure, large rooms nice terraces cozy common areas ... But it is all a bit dated and needs to be fixed ... The pool has been disused for a long time, there are works to renovate it ... Lots of parking available ... I must say impeccable cleanliness ... Really excellent ... Breakfasts to really improve we are at a minimum ... 100 m from the first beach and has a couple of kilometers from the city center

extension swimming pool

rooms were fine. bathroom clean. breakfast limited, was also not replenished and if you come to eat with a group of 40 people, this is allowed. no vegetables at dinner. and to stay in and around the pool: well, is still under construction...

The hotel was okay. There is a free parking. Room was decent. Receptionist was old and he spoke English pretty bad. Brekfast could be better. The beach is pretty close. (10min walking)
