Top quality/price ratio

Good structure overall!! The cleanliness of the rooms is ok, exceptional location 2 steps from the center, very kind and helpful owner! Absolutely fantastic value for money! Its strong point without a shadow of a doubt

Family management is the guarantee!...then if we want luxury we go somewhere else....but if I return to Cosenza I choose you!..cleanliness is guaranteed, courtesy and availability are assured...!

Dreadful, very rude staff

The room was at best very basic, there was a lot of noise from another guest room watching TV with the volume up very loud. I asked the reception to do something about this, but it stayed loud. Luckily my ear plugs worked. Breakfast , which was included in our rate, comprised a small tray of cakes and a coffee machine which did not appear to work. When we asked the hospitality professional on the desk for help we received a torrent of abusive language - this was a thoroughly unpleasant individual. I would avoid this place like the plague. I would give a less than 1 star rating if that were possible!

Very rude staff

We were transferred to this hotel from another in town that had 'forgotten' our booking. Staff were formal and not welcoming. The room was clean and all the facilities worked fine. The problem came the next morning when we came down for 'breakfast'. This turned out to be a few biscuits in plastic and a coffee machine. When the young man behind the front desk said nothing we went to the coffee machine to try to get a cup - at which point he stormed over and gave us a nasty stream of invective (in Italian - including some very rude words - I assume he thought that we wouldn't understand) - no way to speak to a customer.

Un hotel da consigliare.

Hotel al centro di Cosenza, ottima posizione. Qualità prezzo molto buono. Personale gentilissimo. Camere confortevoli. Bagno nuovo e molto pulito. Lenzuola e asciugamani morbidi e profumati. Non c'è colazione ma i bar sono vicinissimi
