Via Francigena of the brand

A group of 12 people from Asti was hosted in this b&b in a fantastic location right along the Via Franciscane della Marca: Claudia helpful and very nice hostess, cozy rooms, pleasant environment ..... Thanks for everything.

Excellent structure, clean and stylishly decorated.
Hearty breakfast with fresh fruit . (on request also savory breakfast) The green and large outdoor area, swimming pool all very nice .The girls,

an awfull experience

An awful stay. Whilst the owner lives in the ground floor and has air conditioning, the rooms are one floor up, under an unisolated roof and have no air conditioning. When we moved in the temperature in the room was 34 and cooled down at night to 31. Impossible to sleep.
The swimming pool is tiny, much to small for the number of people trying to freshen up. And e had a group of outside guests doing aquagym which prevented us to use it for two hours in the evening.
The breakfast is poor: a bunch of industrial products and of caoutchouc-like croissants.
We moved out after two unbearable nights although we had paid for four.

Awful sleepless stay

The rooms are under the room, with no isolation and no air conditioning. When we came in it was 34 degrees in the room and "cooled down" to 31 at night. the ventilator just moved hot and humid air around.. Impossible to sleep. The owners live in the cooler ground floor and have air conditioning. But this is not granted to the guests who can boil. The dogs of the neighbourhood bell for ours are night. The pool is much too small for the number of guests. When it is not used by senior ladies doing aquagym who ask you to leave. The breakfast is poor: industrial cakes, unripe fruits, Caoutchouc-like croissants fresh out of a plastic bag. The taste of the decoration is bad. We had booked for four nights and left after two. Of course, the owner - whom we never met- does not take responsibility and refused to refund the two last nights.

Pampered accomodation at a charming location

We were delighted with all aspects of our stay at this charming B&B. The building is very impressive, adorned with lots of beautiful woodwork done by hand. Everything was clean & we felt pampered in the accommodations. Our hosts were exceedingly kind and generous, and very helpful with suggestions for local places for dinner and sights to see. The breakfast was simply outstanding - a variety of homemade baked goods, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, eggs - truly a table of plenty. And fresh cappucino if you'd like. We would come back here in a heartbeat and would fully recommend staying here. The views were stunning. Google maps unfortunately suggested a rather circuitous route to get there - the easier route is to come up Strada Provinciale 50 from Communanza. Google sent us around on SP237 then up through a few farms. AND the price was very reasonable. We were completely pleased with our stay here; this was consistent with our entire experience in the Marche - a beautiful and adventurous part of the country that so far isn't overrun with tourists.
