Very well.

Structure outside Como Lake but
well served by public transport, clean tidy and welcoming staff.
A little expensive for one night only. 82€ per person.

Very good for a stage

Good location (near restaurants, not far from the lake, near motorway axes).
Welcoming with all the explanations. Very clean. Comfortable bedding. Too bad for the sofa bed that creaked and made the night a little eventful. The studio was maybe a little big for a single air conditioner. Armored door. Shutters to all windows. Quiet.
Secure parking with fence.

Booking sent on April 4 and confirmed by the manager... arrival on the evening of April 8, shame that he sold the room to OTHERS.
Bad organization and absolutely embarrassing staff. To be avoided absolutely .....

Buongiorno,
ci spiace dover contestare integralmente la sua recensione, in quanto non corrisponde al vero. Lei il giorno 3.04 ci ha chiesto la disponibilità e il prezzo della camera... a cui noi abbiamo prontamente risposto lo stesso giorno, dopodichè lei il giorno 4.04 ci ha inviato la conferma a cui noi non abbiamo risposto in quanto la camera non era più disponibile. quindi non è assolutamente vero che vi abbiamo confermato la camera. Inoltre ci domandiamo come potevate dare i giudizi sui servizi se non siete stati ospiti della struttura. L'unica cosa imbarazzante sono le sue bugie.

I recommend this hotel, good service, good value for money, don't be fooled by the exterior appearance

Quiet location, well-equipped room, good bedding, impeccable bathroom, cleanliness, quantity of bath towels, nothing to complain about, free enclosed parking! No breakfast!! close to Lake Como.

Great accommodation near to como..for family it's a great stay..no break fast available..some room have cooking facility ...Milan is one hr drive from here...carrefour Express is near by and area is very quiet...
