Very good choice

Hotel is very well located, close to the center of Como, the lake shores, and the funicular. Nice, very clean room, good bedding, and a very complete breakfast buffet. Good reception. There is a night watchman and a private, secure parking lot, which is paid but very convenient.

Nice hotel, but uneven service.

Good hotel, very clean and well located. A bit of a disappointing experience, however. Very uneven welcome depending on the person, parking price very high. For the positive points, pretty room with a view of the lake, very bright common areas. Breakfast a bit disappointing regarding the quality of the products offered.

Nice hotel, a little too expensive

Very nice hotel, well located, 10 minutes walk from the city center. Smiling and Welcoming staff, except for one person at the evening reception, which leaves a first bad impression and does not fit with the style of the establishment. Otherwise, that's fine. Breakfast very complete. Very nice room with
beautiful view of the lake. Price too high though.

Beautiful

Absolutely amazing service! The rooms are clean and very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet in the morning is delicious, and the free parking is a great bonus.
We’re travelling from Australia and would definitely recommend staying here for a wonderful family experience!
