Nice hotel in a quiet location.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. No active restaurant but a nice place to sit outside even if you have to go and buy drinks at the reception downstairs.
Ok breakfast and walking distance to downtown and Lake Como.
Parking can be a bit challenging, we were lucky and found a place on the street, but be aware of the parking rules as these are not completely obvious. Northern European cars are also not optimal when parking in Italy.

Hotel was in a very good location if you don't want to pay for lakefront lodging. While the a/c wasn't working in part of the hotel, they put fans in all the rooms. They moved us to a room with working a/c for the second night and gave us a rate adjustment for the first night. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, especially Anna Marie and Ileana and also the manager. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay

Excellent boutique hotel. Incredible staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms, great patio for friends to visit. Walking dist to train & waterfrnt
