Nothing to recommend to hotels with a few more stars

Excellent hotel, room, clean. The maximum service from the staff. Friendly, available for all our requests. Cost, very good, confirmed our request via the internet. Security for the car, parking, during the night, indoors. We had a very good time. We will return soon.

To be avoided

I called to have a reservation saying that I had a small dog with me, the owner replied that the dog could very well keep it in the car... dear owner not only have you lost a customer, but the advice I give you, is that in the car you lock us and people who think like you.

Never again

You really struggle to find something positive in this property that has nothing of hotel, least of all a 3 star. The vintage retro style can be characteristic and may or may not like it, the problem arises when the most basic hygiene rules are lacking at least those needed to keep a place that is called a “hotel” open. This place conveys a sense of abandonment to itself and has shortcomings in everything .. starting from cleanliness, to continue to services. Even the TV did not work despite having asked for help at the “reception” but it was useless, in the room dust and cobwebs everywhere, bedspread pierced with cigarettes, uncomfortable beds and thin pillows that to have them or not to have them was the same thing, dirty bathroom and with soaps of the courtesy kit already used and almost finished by previous guests, old and torn sheets..... Poor breakfast but absolutely in line with all the context so nothing to wonder about. I understand that the property in question does not have the prerogative of being a luxury hotel but in these conditions no place could be open to the public. Fortunately one night and never again.

Pleasant experience

Very pleasant stay, clean structure even if a little 'vintage, should be a little' modernized, shame about the restaurant closed, good breakfast, fresh croissants. Too many mosquitoes in the elevator shaft. Staff helpful and kind.
