Amazing!!!!

Monica is a wonderful host, kind, communicative and always available. The Hotel is a small paradise surrounded by greenery 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach and borders a small pond where you can see flamingos. The breakfast is spectacular offers really great products and lots of variety. In addition, the location is strategic because 10-15 minutes by car you are close to some of the most beautiful beaches in South Sardinia one above all Tuerredda. In short, I left us a piece of heart and I hope to be able to return.

Wonderful chia

Quiet and clean. Nice and affectionate lady. Excellent cakes for breakfast. Great location to visit southern Sardinia. Breathtaking beaches. Some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world seen from an easy scenic road. A holiday without stess is a contact with unspoilt nature. Congratulations to the Sardinian people for the care and kindness towards all of us intruders.

Walking distance to Sa Colonia beach in Chia

Hotel in domus de Maria in a location close to Sa Colonia beach. Ideal location for those who want to go to the beach without taking the car, taking a nature trail next to a pond with flamingos you arrive at the beautiful golden beach of Sa Colonia with crystal clear waters. Beach not very busy especially if you move from the kiosks / establishments present. Hotel with a nice canopy where you can have breakfast or read a book. Availability of both double rooms and small scattered apartments. Monica is a pleasant, helpful, quiet and caring person. Breakfast is accompanied by strictly homemade cakes. Savoury breakfast with eggs and cold cuts is also available. For rooms are equipped with a small terrace with coffee table and possibility of hanging clothes. Single room with double bed, small but if you do not have many pretensions is fine for small stays. Parking inside. Parasols and beach chairs available on request.

The tranquility in Chia Bay

The residence Il Gabbiano is located a few steps from the beach of Chia, next to a pond where flamingos graze.
The environment is simple and the family welcome, is ideal for those seeking silence and tranquility.
Pros: the homemade cakes by Mrs. Monica, the willingness of the owners to make the stay as comfortable as possible
Cons: The property could use some "technical" touches in the showers and wi-fi.
Overall stay more than relaxing

Peace and tranquility

The structure is located next to the pink flamingo pond of Chia, it is beautiful to go from the garden to the pond from a garden door
Dated but beautiful structure, immersed in the greenery of its palm tree garden
The owners are very kind and helpful, the lady prepares cakes for breakfast which according to my wife are very delicious
I would suggest bikers like me use the place as a base for the dirt roads or beaches in the area, there is plenty of space to keep our vehicles safe!
