I would go back, but a few tips ...
- fantastic location
- everything very clean
- very kind and helpful staff
Negative things:
- bbq area ... no comment, I challenge anyone to use it
- complimentary cutting board: what an embarrassment! better to remove it
- buffet breakfast: weak (and expensive)
- broken drawer in the bathroom (unusable)
- fridge without a bottle rack, but then fixed (but no check?)
- blankets for the sofa bed, then provided (but no check?)
Stupidly negative things:
- everything has to be asked for: toilet paper (one roll), rag to wash the floor, trash bags -> it wouldn't take much to improve here
The first three points far outweigh the subsequent ones. In my opinion, a minimal effort would be enough to improve a lot.

All in all, it was good.
Friendly staff, good food, few options for vegans; although they tried to accommodate, the choices were practically minimal despite the fully paid continental breakfast for just a glass of soy milk and a slice of tart. The cost of the pool is a bit excessive; we used the pool exclusively for half an hour and paid €50 for a bath .

In the middle of the mountains
Perhaps from the pictures and descriptions the expectations are higher.
The maisonettes are mixed with the caravans and a bit promiscuous and I am not crazy about the bulk arrangement.
The interior accommodation is just basic and minimally furnished, it would need a bit of a general makeover.
Choose single and non-shared maisonettes if possible because they are very noisy and you can hear the neighbors.
Positive notes the bistrot that unlike other comments instead I found it valid and with varied menu and the indoor pool that although not very recent, however, a usable structure with changing room and showers.
In conclusion nice, with great potential but you have to put a little 'hand to maintenance.
In my opinion, it could also raise the bar and target another type of clientele.
