Family hotel?! Absolutely NOT.
Disappointing stay, a property that does not really reflect what is described and presented on their site.
The pool and wellness area that are so advertised and sponsored in the various areas of the hotel are then unusable, the terrace is completely uncovered.. but above all the water is dirty, and the hot tub was turned off the entire week we stayed.
Cleanliness that leaves something to be desired a bit throughout the hotel.. at the restaurant for example, at our table, cobwebs and spiders were keeping us company in the top corner.. and the furniture, especially the chairs at the tables, leaves something to be desired in how they look. The baby play area was always messy and dirty.
Family services completely absent.
We have stayed in other hotels classified as family hotels and this hotel has very little, if anything, of the services that a family hotel can offer.
A simple example I can give is the difficulty in heating up a simple baby bottle in the evening.. apparently it seemed like I was asking for who knows what.
The reality is truly very different from what is advertised.
Despite this.. there was something positive:
The food is good, so compliments to the chef who, in our personal experience, not only cooks well but showed himself to be helpful by coming into the dining room to help at the end of his shift in the kitchen, unlike those who should be managing a restaurant dining room and seemed unable to do so.
Very nice themed evenings.
Daytime receptionists, (the specification is not by chance) very courteous and helpful in changing the room assigned to us following our request as it was so small that we couldn't even fit the travel crib for our newborn.
These positive notes, however, are certainly not enough to make us return, unfortunately.. I do not recommend it, especially to those who have a family with children.. look elsewhere!

Insufficient
I do not recommend this hotel; you can find much better in Cesenatico.
Positive notes:
• room cleaning (the cleaning ladies were very kind)
• rooms well-equipped with renovated bathroom, excellent shower enclosure and equipped with a balcony, even if hearing other people, not everyone has a small balcony.
• the entertainment guy was really nice and talented
Negative notes:
In my opinion, the food is not very high quality, especially the buffet food.
Outdoor play area abandoned and also dangerous for children.
Entertainment almost non-existent.
Pool area neglected and dangerous with screws sticking out everywhere, sun loungers unusable as everything was broken.
Sauna inactive.
Hot tub not working.
Terrace and children's area that absolutely do not reflect the photos on the site.
Pool water dirty and full of sand.
A hotel that focuses on quantity but not on quality.
Not to be returned to.

Bottomless
The hotel itself is in a very good location. 5 minutes walk to the beach. But since the new hotel management, the service and quality of the food has fallen far into the basement. We've been coming here again and again for several years, but what we've experienced this time is knocking the barrel out. We arrived yesterday and spent the day at the beach. In the evening we went to dinner and we couldn't believe it. It resembled a predator feeding. If you don't fill your plate quickly enough, you're out of luck. It seems like the food is being delivered and when it's gone there's nothing left. After opening the buffet, everything was cleared after half an hour, over. Next day breakfast, we couldn't believe our eyes. Paper cups for coffee from the vending machine and plastic cups for juices. Plastic cutlery was also there as on the highway service stations. The breakfast buffet was also manageable, no fruit or vegetables, very sad. Let's see what else the week brings. Can only get better. They're very disappointed. We're a tour group and some of us have been coming for 30 years but there's never been anything like this.
