Lovely family run hotel

Lovely family run hotel convenient for ski slopes, traditional decor, great spa facilities, breakfast, friendly staff.
Easy walk to ski slopes, quiet hotel but convenient for restaurants and bars.
Comfortable lounge with bar service and fires.

Nice experience, improvements needed for vegetarian food.

In this hotel we immediately felt at ease, the staff members are present but discreet, the guests who stayed during our period all seemed to be on the same wavelength as us.
The fact that pets are also allowed is much appreciated.
The location is perfect, slightly outside the center but easily reachable on foot, therefore very quiet and scenic.
Nothing to say about the cleanliness of the rooms and the areas, which is always impeccable.
A personal note on the vegetarian food. I recommend offering dishes as well-prepared as the dishes for omnivorous guests, dedicating just as much attention to the food so that it does not turn out "bland," even if good, in general (furthermore, for every meat or fish ingredient not included in the vegetarian dish, it would be better to replace it with a vegetable protein). This aspect did not satisfy me.

Beautiful hotel near to the lifts.

Beautiful hotel, close to the lifts and lovely staff, Diarria was extremely helpful and organised. The spa was amazing.

Cannot recommend highly enough

All in all my husband and I had a fantastic time staying here. You could tell that in all aspects of the hotel they were was thought and care put into the experience from the smell of lilies throughout the hotel, the spa, the heated ski boot storage room and the shuttle service to the lift. The bar is also excellent as was the breakfast each morning. The rooms were also comfortable with amazing views of the Matterhorn.

Ski holiday, Cervinia

The Bucaneve is possibly the finest ski hotel I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail in all aspects is amazing. The staff were friendly, courteous and super efficient. The rooms, clean, comfortable and welcoming. Then there is the spa! Again superb!!
