Loved it!
I had a lovely stay here. I stayed in Metallica. Please do note, some of the rooms are located next to the main villa so read description fully before you know which one to book. Nice and spacious. Quiet and had use of the pool/patio area mainly to myself. Use of a good-sized kitchen and large fridge. Great coffee machine. No lift to some of the rooms (obviously) for those with mobility issue.
Lovely dog, I fear them, but he is adorable, well behaved and stays out of the way.
Had lovely chats with Klea and her aunt. Hosts always available in person or by telephone. They also recommended some nice places to eat. The family live in part of the villa. Wonderful welcoming and pleased with my stay.
I was not able to manage the walk to the nearest shop because there is not a clear pavement.
The bus stop is just outside to get to the centre.
Villa is nicer than the photos look!
If you are looking for peace, tranquility, nice people, this is a great find.

The sea in Bologna
Villa in a quiet location with a wonderful swimming pool and furnished in a modern way and with fine works of art. Friendly and professional host With good freedom of movement even for drinks and snacks in the common area. Honest price and pleasant atmosphere.

Avoid what they call an outbuilding
I stayed at this B&B for 2 nights and I thought I had booked an annexe of the main villa , instead my room was in a nearby house ( railing type, very popular ) the room smelled damp , had peeling and bulging walls , was without heating (only air conditioning that you could of course turn on once you arrived , so you enter a cold room) , overlooking a service courtyard , with the clothes hung by the neighbors through . The bathroom is small without bidet (there is a shower but you can not use it without flooding the bathroom ) and with the shower walls full of mold, window with curtain in the shower (of course the wet curtain also contributes to the smell ..). In addition , the kitchen is located in a cold basement , there is no cutlery , not even in the breakfast room . Dirty chairs, dirty bedspreads. So for 100 euros a night I expected something better. Moreover, I pointed out the smell present in the room upon our arrival and the young lady denied the evidence , did not ‘apologize indeed came out of the room swearing. To avoid .. also for rudeness .

Specifically: The insulation of the residential units is achieved using modern technologies, such as the use of underground igloos, which keep the structure raised more than a meter above the ground, preventing any contact with soil humidity. The house is also equipped with thermal insulation and other measures to ensure thermal efficiency and insulation. If you felt humid during your stay, this may be due to the heavy rainfall that characterized that period, an inevitable phenomenon but external to the property. 2) Heating system: Heating is provided by heat pumps, a sustainable, safe, and environmentally friendly solution now widespread throughout the world, allowing us to avoid using gas. This system not only ensures safety, but also respects the environment, a value we consider a priority. 3) Quality of service and price: During your stay, you paid €96.00 per night for two people, or €48.00 per person, during a busy period due to a trade fair in the city coinciding with the tennis matches. We believe this amount to be extremely modest, considering the services offered, the quality of the accommodations, and the furnishings in the rooms, which feature slatted bases, orthopedic mattresses and pillows, not to mention the private parking included in the price. We therefore do not understand why you give a negative rating even to features that many guests find comfortable and high-quality. 4) Comments on the property: You refer to it as a "casa di ringhiera," but we believe you are unclear about what this term means. Our property is a typical renovated country house in a small hamlet, with photographs and descriptions that are perfectly accurate and visible during the booking process. Your comments in this regard are completely unfounded and prejudicial. You also write that the kitchen is in a basement that doesn't actually exist, as there are only the ground floor and first floor. 5) Hospitality: We are sorry to hear that you experienced rudeness from our staff, even though you reported the exact opposite. However, we would like to emphasize that our staff is always committed to ensuring the utmost respect for our guests and to addressing complaints or requests constructively. Contrary to what you reported, we understand that every complaint was handled professionally and courteously. Finally, we would like to clarify that we always welcome constructive criticism, which helps us improve, but we cannot tolerate harmful or false statements. In light of this experience, we are forced to add your name to our unwelcome guest list, as your behavior is incompatible with the peaceful and respectful environment we strive to offer our guests. After over 10 years of business and hundreds of highly positive reviews, we have determined that the rating our guests give us is a true reflection of their personalities. Loyal customer who will never return again
I have been a customer of this place for years and I was in love with it, unfortunately I have to change my mind as the host, despite me being a customer, was not at all tolerant towards me. Due to a bereavement and after a few days of Covid 19 he didn't even want to know about moving my stay to another, luckier period... I'm not saying that I didn't want to pay the penalty since the period for one day of free cancellation had already passed, but he didn't want to know... he didn't move my stay and furthermore he didn't have any scruples about accommodating me at least a little... he made to pay in full the penalty of 221 euros! Without even a minimum of regret.
Be wary of very distinguished people, they are often the worst.

Dear Miss, We offer our condolences for the loss suffered, We are very sorry that the policy of the B&B has not been understood. It is the work of a small staff planned to satisfy the guests, if the guest does not show up the B&B still bears all the expenses. The structure, like all structures, has its own protocol and organization that we must respect. Also, you didn't describe the whole situation because when the B&B receives a cancellation it tries to resell the cancelled room in order not to apply the penalty.
