A fantastic landmark in Capo d’Orlando! From the very first moment, you can breathe in a welcoming and well-kept atmosphere.
A special round of applause goes to Mrs. Titty and Gabriele: their helpfulness, kindness, and care for the customer really make the difference. Always ready to welcome you with a smile, to give the right advice, and to make you always feel welcome.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for professionalism combined with a human warmth that is rare to find. I will definitely return!

Sicily deserves more

The structure had guaranteed an accessible location for disabled people, my daughter is in a wheelchair, while she gave us an accommodation that provided, not a small threshold of entry as promised by the owner, but an unsurpassable step both to get to the apartment and to the apartment reach the pool, we arrived late in the evening and no one to welcome us, despite the time of arrival had been agreed, lights totally off because timed, inaccessibility in a wheelchair to complicate everything and 20 guests of the structure who from midnight to two at night sang were diving into the pool making it impossible even to sleep, the next day the owner apologized saying that these guests would leave in the afternoon at 17... they stayed to eat drink and bivouac until 21 in the pool and also on our terrace.
The following day the pool was inaccessible as it was full of garbage and broken pumps and filters, so the owner was present with her own workers to clean, sanitize the pool and garden, she told us that for the evening everything would be fine and, given the massive doses of chemicals introduced to make the pool worthy of the name, from the next day we could be quiet except for a small party for her 13-year-old son scheduled for the afternoon from 17 for a few hours with a few friends... well after ten minutes in the pool we had to withdraw with no few problems due to inaccessibility, because preparations began for the party that turned out to be a party with a lot of 30/40 guests from 17 to 24 and over with music at full volume... from the fourth day, having spent 10 minutes in the pool, we resigned ourselves to see the last few days between cleaning what remained for the child's party and brushcutters for late maintenance of the green with lots of flying stones from the brushcutter to our terrace add broken and dirty oven, dirty and not working refrigerator (the door did not close), outdoor grill unusable and provisions (plates, towels...) missing... I would not even go back if they paid me.

Improveable

Well maintained facility. Clean rooms. Breakfast Service represented only by industrial products. Parking to expand, numbered and very small places. Reception only in the afternoon.

Bad experience

The gas detector sounded the escape alarm, and the property manager's solution was to disconnect it. Non-compliant implant? Mediocre facilities, cleanliness to review, old structure. We left before the end of the stay! Total lack of professionalism.
