Week Long Ski Trip

We stayed here for a week in early February 2022 for a Ski holiday. We were pleased to find lots of free parking spaces when we arrived. We were greeted by the friendly staff and given keys to our rooms. All the covid measures were adhered to which made us feel really safe. The room was basic but clean and the shower was excellent. We had a balcony that faced the stelvio slope which was a nice touch. We could walk to the lift within 5 minutes which was also great. Breakfast was well varied and there was always plenty to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

hospitality... the unknown one!

big disappointment! I stayed 1 week
ok: - location: close to the center and the ski lifts. Very nice view.
ko: - 3 stars: no! maximum 2!!
- reception: despite no other customers, they didn't have me
accompanied/shown the studio apartment
- studio apartment: needs maintenance...rust was everywhere!
- room: with carpet... sign of dirt!!
- bathroom: the tiny shower...poor quality accessories...hairdryer: you can't
define it as such! it overheated quickly (I specifically asked if it was
available) window without curtain
- balcony: asked for and paid a supplement of 60 euros to have something
which I wouldn't call a balcony... so small that it wasn't possible to open it
deckchairs (I had explicitly requested a balcony with deckchairs for relaxation)... I got it
was answered that there was the garden! if I pay for a service I expect to have it!!
- parking space: ok in the courtyard but with gate open 24 hours a day!

Excellent service and a good sized room

We stayed here for a week in August this year. My boyfriend had an accident on his bike and ended up in hospital the day of check in. The staff were beyond helpful and checked us in after 10pm. The room was clean and spacious and perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was included and the hotel was clean and quiet. We had an awesome view of the mountains out our window and the location was right in town and very close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Holiday

On a cycling holiday we stopped for a week in September, rented a room en suite with cooking facilities. Great location in Bormio right opposite the road to Passo Gavia. Very friendly family run hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice view but old style Hotel

The Hotel is very well located as it is very close to the sky area and you can enjoy a nice view from the rooms, however the hotel is clean but pretty old, furniture, shower and sanitary are old style. The hotel has wifi, a breakfast room, deposit and a nice garden with parking area. The staff is kind but often not at the reception. They have 5% discount for the Bormio Terme.
