More like a cute quiet B&B in a remote area but good location to explore Lake Garda if you have a car as we did. A little dated decor however met all our needs and very clean. Good air con in the bedroom. Hair dryer and good shower & bath.
Breakfast basic but good and the waitress was super helpful.
Different plug adapters were provided when we asked.
As expected clean towels and bed making daily. Lift available to the 2 floors. Next door to a supermarket.
Only complaint was that on our arrival there was no one there to let us in the hotel and doors were locked with fob entry. Telephoned through after 30 minutes and someone came straight away. No problems when then provided with a fob.
Overall I would recommend.

Excellent experience

The hotel is well-maintained in every detail, with a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, warm in winter and cool in summer. Comfortable mattress, as well as the pillows. The room has a kettle with some herbal teas and tea provided. The bathroom is well-maintained and perfect.
The parking lot is large, with shaded areas, excellent in summer.

A surprise.

I stayed for only one night because I had a business dinner and was leaving at 5 in the morning for a race. Upon arrival, the very kind owner welcomed us, then I met her son at dinner, to whom I made a special request for breakfast (pasta with tuna) at 5, and I found it ready; finally, the breakfast lady was fantastic, and she too prepared a super breakfast for me and my wife at that hour. Having said that, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent cleanliness, courtesy, and tranquility. It's a shame you can't see the lake. I will definitely return, thank you.

Hotel the court

Good morning I stayed at the court in early April in room 38. I had a great time and in particular I found excellent breakfast and cleanliness of the rooms which are followed by a fantastic Mrs. Vania. Definitely will return.
