A beautiful food and wine experience in a welcoming environment. There are so many reasons to visit the farm mark the riding school, the adventure park for those who want to have fun climbing trees to pass between them with ropes and pulleys

Grazie per aver condiviso la sua esperienza così dettagliata!
Siamo felici che abbia apprezzato l’atmosfera accogliente della fattoria, il panorama delle nostre colline tosco-romagnole e le attività come il maneggio e il parco avventura, pensate proprio per offrire momenti di svago a grandi e piccoli.
Ci fa molto piacere sapere che il pranzo di Pasqua sia stato di suo gradimento e che abbia apprezzato i piatti della tradizione e la qualità delle materie prime, selezionate con attenzione dal territorio.
Per quanto riguarda le camere, probabilmente ha soggiornato in una delle aree non ancora ristrutturate: lo scorso anno abbiamo infatti rinnovato completamente due ali della struttura, con ambienti più moderni e confortevoli.
Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente presto!

Not to be repeated
It's a shame because the place would have potential, but such a swinging quality in the kitchen is not acceptable. I came out very disappointed and I don't think I'm coming back.

La qualità della cucina per noi è un aspetto fondamentale, ed è proprio per questo che un suo riscontro, anche se espresso in modo generale, ci fa riflettere. Allo stesso tempo, ci dispiace non avere elementi più specifici per comprendere nel dettaglio cosa non abbia incontrato il suo gradimento.

When hospitality remains only a concept!
Educational experience: rarely do you pay 130 euros per night, plus tourist tax, to understand how the concept of "hospitality" can be interpreted creatively.
The only really positive note, rightly so, the location: beautiful, immersed in a breathtaking setting that deserves a different level of management and attention to guests. And it is perhaps this that makes the rest even more incomprehensible.
The rooms, called “large doubles”, seem to defy the laws of square footage; moving around the bed is almost an experiential activity. Wi-Fi appears at times, as a rare phenomenon. The mattresses seem to have a long story to tell, unfortunately all on the guests' backs, and the pillows — more exercise in minimalism than real pillows — were even insufficient in number for a double.
The in-room amenities are reduced to the essentials, so essential that the luxury of a simple glass in the bathroom, a shower cap or even a courtesy bottle of water is revalued. At 130 euros per night, in addition to the tourist tax, the absence of even these minimal attentions strikes more for neglect than for cost.
Another not insignificant detail: under the rooms is the kitchen and the noises coming from the staff — calls, constant confusion — make some moments surreal, closer to an operational rear than a relaxing stay.
The welcome was memorable for its absence: rarely does one feel so unexpected in a structure that lives on guests. More than welcoming faces, we crossed tense, annoyed and glacial expressions; smiles essentially absent, perceived minimal availability. At various times it felt almost tolerated more than hosted — and in a place that sells hospitality this weighs heavily.
Breakfast, presented in a time slot already rather limited, was very scarce, both for variety and quality, almost entirely entrusted to packaged products and with very little trace of territory, authenticity or identity. This aspect is even more surprising as it is an educational farm, a context in which one would expect exactly the opposite. In a structure that offers a rural and family experience, breakfast should have been a strength; here it was one of the most obvious weaknesses.
Also curious that activities, excursions and extra services are practically not told to guests, it is almost assumed that they are discovered by intuition. Even more unique is the fact that you can find locked pitches and play areas for children.
With the restaurant constantly full of outside customers, the impression — hard to avoid — is that the focus is more on dining than hospitality. And, paradoxically, it’s fair to admit it: at the restaurant we ate very well, probably the best point of the whole experience.
This leads spontaneously to the thought that the structure should perhaps focus almost exclusively on catering, an area in which it demonstrates real quality, rather than proposing a welcome that today appears decidedly less up to scratch.
More than a farmhouse with catering, at times it seemed an excellent restaurant with attached rooms.
The episode of the last night is emblematic: at 7 pm we ask to have dinner in the restaurant of the structure where we were staying and we are told that we did not know if there was room for us. Only the subsequent intervention of another lady resolved the situation. Feeling almost “trapped” in the restaurant where you are staying was perhaps the most effective summary of the whole experience.
Colour note: Parking for those staying becomes a sort of treasure hunt, without guests seeming to be given particular priority.
In summary: charming prices, modest pension standards.
Enthusiastic reviews read online remain the real mystery of the stay.
We would not return, except to check if the pillows have finally gained thickness and if the springs of the mattresses have stopped actively participating in the stay.
We hope, if the manager wants to reply, that he chooses the path of excuses and self-criticism rather than the one, unfortunately frequent, of defensive replies: it would be the only way to turn a bad impression into a minimum sign of professionalism. Otherwise, a polemical response would only confirm the above.

A big no
Staff rude especially the breakfast lady! , indecent rooms very small! Parking for hotel guests is not reserved, so in the evening we came back and we didn't know where to put the cars because the parking lot was full of people dining at the restaurant

ci dispiace leggere la sua recensione e che la sua esperienza non sia stata all’altezza delle aspettative.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione, desideriamo chiarire che il nostro servizio è pensato per essere consumato all’interno della sala. Le è stato semplicemente fatto presente che non è possibile preparare panini o portare via cibo, nel rispetto delle regole della struttura e degli altri ospiti. Inoltre, essendo un gruppo numeroso e con richieste continue e separate, il servizio potrebbe aver richiesto un po’ più di organizzazione, ma da parte nostra c’è sempre stata la volontà di soddisfare ogni esigenza nei limiti del possibile e con il dovuto rispetto reciproco.
Desideriamo inoltre sottolineare che la nostra disponibilità è sempre stata massima: ad esempio, l’ultima sera, nonostante la richiesta alle ore 19:00 per un gruppo di 19 persone, ci siamo attivati per trovarvi comunque un posto a cena.
Per quanto riguarda le camere, si è verificato un disguido nell’assegnazione iniziale. Ci eravamo immediatamente resi disponibili a effettuare un cambio di stanza, offrendo anche supporto per lo spostamento dei bagagli, ma tale soluzione non è stata accettata.
In merito al parcheggio, desideriamo precisare che, pur non essendo riservato esclusivamente agli ospiti nelle ore di maggiore affluenza del ristorante, è comunque molto ampio e generalmente in grado di accogliere un elevato numero di veicoli.
Rimaniamo disponibili al confronto e speriamo di poterle offrire un’esperienza migliore in futuro.

Ho chiesto al momento della prenotazione se fosse aperta la piscina e mi hanno detto se il tempo è bello si, invece è chiusa, ho chiesto per il pranzo e mi hanno detto è alla carta invece è chiuso, prenoto per due bambini e non mi dicono che il parco avventura è chiuso
