Excellent hotel with great amenities and great food. But the most oustanding part was the staff. Lucia went above and beyond to ensure we had everything, especially with our pet. The entire staff at the hotel were super accomodating and went the extra mile to make this work.

Great experience

We returned to this property after a few years and I must say that the experience is always very positive.
Structure with a high quality / price ratio, not central but equipped with all comforts.
Super professional staff, excellent breakfast, newly renovated spa/pool area and really perfect.

Great hotel, spa and lovely breakfast

Three nights in great hotel with great spa department and pool.Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Room on the back was quiet with forest view

More checks in the spa.

Very kind, friendly and always helpful staff, a truly exceptional staff! The room (we were in the one with the indoor sauna) is large and the cleanliness, both of the room and the common parts, impeccable. Good food and variety of buffet for both breakfast and dinner. The spa is beautiful, the outdoor whirlpool is a real treat. But the sore point, in my opinion, is the absence of controls towards those who frequent it: people who scream and / or who enter in slippers and swimsuit in the sauna and Turkish bath. I admit that, apart from having used the pool and whirlpools, the sauna after the first day I did in the room just to avoid all this.

spiace dell'inconveniente in spa, solitamente è sempre presente un persona addetta al rispetto delle regole che supervisiona tutta l'area spa e piscina, probabilmente in questa occasione qualcosa è sfuggito, siamo però molto felici che si sia trovata bene e abbia passato una bella vacanza in nostra compagnia.

Gourmet pampering

Cozy and friendly atmosphere with professional staff. Very comfortable room, gourmet dinner delicious breakfasts his morning in the afternoon.
Pool, sauna steam room at the top!
