Modern and artistic hotel
5 stars, magnificent hotel with a modern atmosphere and contemporary art works, very kind, friendly, and generous staff. Clean room and comfortable bed, pleasant view, abundant and varied breakfast. Perfect location for visiting Lerici and the Cinque Terre while staying in a quiet environment. My four-legged friend was also able to come!!

Terrible hotel in every way
We stayed only one night at this property. The rooms are clean, but that is the only positive note. Everything seems very sloppy both in the care and in the finishes: the shower in our room flooded the bathroom, there were exposed electrical wires, the paint had been applied poorly in many places, the stairs remained flooded for quite some time after a storm, and to access the hotel, you had to walk several meters on a dirt road without being able to get close with the car. Furthermore, the elevator was not working, and we didn't even see the pool because it is only accessible from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A very different experience from what we expected for $160 a night.
Once we left a review on Google, they even responded rudely.

e bravi, avete lasciato la stessa recensione estorcente e vendicativa su google, booking e ora tripadvisor. per aiutarvi nella vostra frustrazione vi ricordo che rimane yelp. magari non la conoscete.

Le 2 stelle arrivano dopo che non abbiamo accettato la richiesta di rimborso ( dopo aver usufruito della camera per tutto il periodo)per il maltempo. Diciamolo subito, poi ognuno si fa la propria idea.
Il corridoio? Allerta arancione e pioggia torrenziale. Si è allagato, abbiamo asciugato. Più di questo dobbiamo telefonare direttamente al Padreterno.
L’aspiratore era sceso. Sistemato subito. Succede.
La “vernice data male”, invece, è meravigliosa: non è vernice. È calce naturale con finitura materica, fatta apposta così, con una tecnica antica. Se uno vuole pareti industriali perfettamente lisce e carta da parati, ci sono ottimi business hotel. Noi facciamo un altro mestiere.
La strada non è sterrata: è cementata. Poi c’è una mulattiera comunale non carrabile nel Parco. Il parcheggio è a 40 metri. Quaranta. Non serve la spedizione con i muli.
Ascensore? Vero. Aspettiamo il collaudo.
Piscina? 14:00–23:00. Nove ore. Non 15:00–18:00.
Gli errori nostri ce li prendiamo. Ma almeno lasciateci quelli che abbiamo fatto davvero.
Per la pioggia, francamente, rivolgetevi più in alto.
trasformare calce naturale in “vernice data male”, 40 metri in un accesso impervio e una piscina aperta nove ore al giorno in una piscina praticamente inaccessibile, dopo che non è stato concesso un rimborso per la pioggia, racconta forse qualcosa in più della semplice esperienza alberghiera.

non rimborseremo MAI un soggiorno perché piove.
Se questa politica non sta bene, nessun problema: scegliete serenamente un’altra struttura se questa situazione vi suona fastidiosa.
Così voi siete felici, noi pure, e il meteo può continuare a fare quello che gli pare e i giudizi non si abbassano.

Good experience
We stayed at this hotel this month, and we were positively surprised by both the view over the entire hill and the very modern and original stone room with its spa shower and huge patio.
The staff is pleasant.
The pool on the terrace is a bit small but nice, not suitable for children because the setting is really made for relaxation... far from the noise of the seaside resorts (20 min).
Excellent cocktails and a complete breakfast with croissants, cakes, jam, bread, cold cuts, cheese, drinks...

Fantastic hotel, an experience I recommend with all my heart; I went for my twentieth anniversary with my husband and we had a great time.

I recommend it to everyone
It is a very nice place, I will surely return, I liked the room with a beautiful view, the breakfast was very delicious and the service very pleasant, it was on a hill but very close to the city of Sarzana and Lerici which is a beautiful place with the Sea and easy to catch a boat to visit the 5 Terre.
