Brand new structure

Very nice B&B in the center of Altamura and very kind and helpful staff to satisfy customers' needs. Perfect welcome! Totally new and recently renovated structure and clean rooms. The only flaw, our room had no windows and only had skylights on the ceiling, but nothing unbearable. I advise

Bad host

If I could give zero for the way I welcome the customer and all the attitude that this host had towards me, towards my family and especially knowing that with us there is a small child, I would give it. Completely unprofessional person, to be avoided, presumptuous and prejudiced against me. I asked for information and he answered me evasively and unclearly. He left us waiting in the sun for 20 minutes and then filled me with words without giving me a chance to speak. In the end he couldn't wait to give me back the deposit, which he had with him ready, to make me leave, leaving us in the middle of the street in a city we don't know and a small child with needs.

Off-season holidays

Very central B&B (behind the cathedral), nice environment, very comfortable beds, perfect welcome! All around everything within reach, to eat you are spoiled for choice, even for the surroundings, it remains a comfortable place to then move around during the day and reach many wonderful destinations. Highly recommended!

Brand new and almost perfect…

Excellent accommodation. Quiet street and recently renovated location. The internal lift is nice and gives a special touch. Very helpful and friendly staff. Spotless room with comfortable mattress. Bathroom ok too. The only very small flaw: in this room there is no window, only a skylight (there was only a side opening overlooking the internal stairs of the structure... not exactly great for privacy!).
P.S. The shared terrace is nice

Wonderful place to stay!

I cannot recommend this more highly. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy, the location is very central, and Angela and her family couldn’t have been more helpful guides and hosts. This is a great place to stay!
