Consigliatissimo!!
Siamo stati una notte in questo b&b e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Fabio, il proprietario, è un ragazzo gentilissimo che oltre ad accompagnarci nella ricerca di un parcheggio comodo per la macchina, ci ha permesso di dormire nella camera di livello superiore che al momento non era occupata ( tutto questo gratis, senza aggravio di costi!!). La camera è pulitissima e anche la posizione del B&B è ottima in quanto permette di raggiungere la via principale di Agrigento in pochissimi minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo!!

Bad experience
With my husband we booked this B&B for the nights of March 28 and 29. From the photos on Booking where I usually book appeared a beautiful room, with shower equipped with chromotherapy. Actually a huge disappointment. The room falls apart as can be seen from the attached photos, skinned bed, dirty mattresses and not equipped with a mattress cover, third bed left without a topsheet. Broken double mattress that did not allow rest to my husband. Dirty environment and air conditioner filter that gave off an unpleasant smell. Not to mention security: bedside table wire -abajur uncovered, plaques detached from the wall.
Shower without doors and amenities that are just a mirage ... to complete the nightmare night the lady upstairs woke us up at 6.00 on Saturday morning wearing heels, moving furniture and vacuuming.
Forced to leave the Beb, the owner Fabio promised us for days the refund of the night that we did not use, refund that never arrived and never will arrive.
Finally I would like to specify that the kitchen in front of the rooms was dirty, I invite the owner to look at the amount of midges that were inside the window at the entrance on the left. Unfortunately Mr. Fabio should understand the type of customers and what I wrote is the result of my experience being a quality manager.

Disappointment and dirt.
I found the structure poorly maintained, the room sparsely furnished, you can not even find a closet, there are only wires attached to the ceiling to hang clothes. Room not clean, mattress very dirty. Difficult to access the structure by car so you have to transport your suitcases on foot. To be avoided, also considering the unavailability of those who manage it who do not even answer the phone with promptness.

Forget it.......
Never judge a book by its cover.... Initially impressed by the strategic location and the particularity of the rooms (from the photos), I chose this b & b to stay in Agrigento.
Nothing positive, except precisely, the location and breakfasts (in the partner bars in the country).
Room not clean, bed not tidied up (the sheets probably not even changed when we arrived, as on my pillow there were hidden black spots turning it on the opposite side, ditto stains on the sheets).
Walls peeling ... humidity and ... not to mention the smell of stagnant mold in the room.
Price ok, but for what we found I would say we could spend even less.

Non lo consiglio
È la prima volta che devo fare una recensione ed ho difficoltà a descrivere il nefasto soggiorno!!!!
Premesso che il B&B si trova in una posizione strategica di AG ragion per cui all'inizio eravamo felici della scelta, ma entrando nella nell'appartamento iniziamo a avere dubbi sulla scelta!!!!
Mi viene assegnata la stanza con il soppalco.....scomodissimabagno giù, letto su e salendo la scala odore di muffa, soprattutto nella zona notte. Per non parlare del freddo che neanche la pompa di calore riesce ad attenuare ed un letto matrimoniale poco comodo.
Cosa che ha dell'incredibile è che nella mattinata sento tic tic tic tic tic e mi sveglio con delle gocce di acqua nella faccia.....in pratica gocciolava la condensa che si era creata nel vetro che sovrasta il letto matrimoniale (vedere foto).
Concludendo.....per fortuna che siamo rimasti per una notte!!!
Non lo consiglio, soprattutto per chi ha difficoltà a deambulare visto i ripidi gradini, peccato perché è un b&b ristrutturato con eleganza!!!
