B&b well maintained and great location
Manager helpful and kind
Large rooms
All very close and very close to the beach and also to the valley of the temples
Breakfast managed by the Owner with table service .. and satisfied with every request

Ottavio is the BEST! This place is a GEM!

Seriously, Ottavio (the owner) is like your favorite uncle. He makes you feel right at home, treats you like family, and knows everything about the area. He even gave me an amazing tip: try the local Pecorino cheese gelato! I'm Sicilian and had never heard of it, but it was out of this world!
Breakfast is AMAZING - way better than most hotels. The room was huge and spotless. They've thought of everything you might need. And the AC? Oh man, it's a lifesaver in the summer heat.
Parking was a breeze, and it's super close to the beach and everything else you want to see.
Honestly, can't recommend this place enough. If you're going to Agrigento, stay here! You won't regret it.

Mediocre

The structure does not faithfully reflect the images and the rooms have no balcony but the main problem is that the structure does not have secure parking, despite what they write in the description and I had my car stolen. I specify that the parking lot was indicated to me by the owner of the structure

Great experience

We arrived mid afternoon and were greeted by very sweet, older lady who could not speak english. We communicated using phantoms, which we both enjoyed ourselves, as we actually understood each other.
We came to very nice, large room with the closest new bathroom.
Got a very good reception of the younger lady who showed us the place and were we could have breakfast the next morning.
There was nothing missing, the breakfast was lovely and we left the place after a very nice experience.
If we come back to these areas, we will definitely stay at Villa Rosa again.

Not trustworthy

We stayed ohne night at this B&B. The rooms were clean but the people unfriendly and not welcoming. After having checked in, we visited the temple valley which was awsome. When we came back late, the light was on in our room. Unfortunately, we only picked up on that detail the following morning when 350€ were missing from my backpack which I had left in the room. Nothing could be done. The hosts got really aggressiv when we told them and asked for an explanation. Luckily, this was the only bad experience wie had so far.

Leggiamo con estrema amarezza questa mail nella quale i nostri ospiti hanno lamentato Scortesia e peggio ancora il loro convincimento di essere stati derubati.
Premesso che io e la mia famiglia gestiamo personalmente questo B&B da 10 anni; in particolare abitiamo fisicamente sul posto ed una parte della struttura la destiniamo a B&B.
Premesso quanto sopra precisiamo: la camera dove hanno alloggiato i nostri ospiti 2 adulti e due ragazzi (camera matrimoniale più camera a due letti fra loro comunicanti con bagno) è dotata di due infissi esterni muniti di grate in ferro pieno (che impediscono l’entrata o l’accesso attraverso) l’unica porta che immette sull’atrio interno è del tipo blindato. Cosi come blindata è la porta di accesso al B&B. Le uniche chiavi della camera sono date una agli ospiti (unitamente alla chiave della porta blindata di accesso al B&B) ed una resta alla proprietà per questioni di sicurezza. Durante il loro soggiorno (una notte) non risultavano altri ospiti presenti nella struttura se non una signora di mezza età alloggiata in altra ala. Ripetiamo, con grande amarezza, dopo che i signori hanno fatto colazione, abbiamo appreso del fantomatico furto. Abbiamo invitato gli ospiti a controllare meglio tutti e quattro gli zaini in quanto il furto presunto è avvenuto sottraendo 350 euro su 700 euro a loro dire custoditi all’interno di un libro ed in uno dei loro zaini. Negli altri zaini contenenti pure danaro non mancava niente. Come mai sono stati sottratti solo 350 euro e non tutti 700 dallo zaino ??? La signora non si è posta questo interrogativo??? Noi abbiamo avuto in verità la sensazione che il loro scopo ultimo fosse quello di non pagare il conto. Comunque, dopo aver rilasciato loro regolare ricevuta per il pernottamento fruito (Euro 100,00) nonostante LA LORO INGIUSTIFICATA SCORTESIA, sono stati gentilmente accompagnati e salutati all’ingresso....
