Stunning views

Perfectly located on the bay of Aci Castello with stunning views to the castle.
Communication with the agent was excellent - warm, friendly and easy to deal with.
The accommodation is fantastic. Spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped and well located.
It is above a restaurant and on a fairly busy road so it is not peaceful, but it’s interesting and lively!
Parking and driving locally is tricky - especially for a non native driver but we managed to find a spot nearby for less than €5 day - ideal!

For the view, but that's all.

The view, the small shops around, and the access from the highway are okay!
But for the rest:
Mold everywhere in the bathroom, broken chairs on the terrace, very light equipment, a leaking coffee maker, and above all: the noise! An extremely noisy neighborhood, I fell asleep after 1 AM the first night due to the noise from the chairs and shouting; the second night there was a small party on the terrace until 11:30 PM. Woken up at 6:30 AM by the loud Italian TV... both TVs were out of order and one bedside lamp was also out of order.

A shame!

Unfortunately our experience was not the best. The B&B advertises apartments mainly with sea view, but at the time of booking it was not possible to choose: we were assigned the only free apartment "city view" that actually overlooked the balconies of the surrounding buildings, without any noteworthy views. A real shame, because we had relied on photos and descriptions online, which turned out to be misleading. This assignment was communicated to us via private message in the middle of several and very long automatic messages, so very easy to escape.
It would be more correct to allow guests to choose accommodation in advance or at least name the apartments in an identifying way. Also after expressing our discontent the owners were unable to meet us. We will hardly return.

Highly recommend !!

This is the first time I stay in apartment not hotel, it did make my trip memorable!
It’s really is the best view ever! The flat was located in historic castle it’s over looking the Mediterranean Sea with a huge balcony.the place was very clean, with good air conditioning I watch the sun rise there and was amazing! Bus to Catania was just outside our flat. Lots of restaurant out with just minutes walk!
The owner Cristiano speak very good English and very very helpful!we have problem with taxi driver (don’t speak English)
The only person I could think of is Cristiano , he did help us all the way even arrange transfer to Catania airport, thanks to his father.
I will highly recommend to my friends and everyone!

L unica cosa positiva è la posizione!

L unica cosa positiva di questa casa è la posizione ed è per questo motivo che si permettono a mettere prezzi alti … visto che comunque il palazzo è fatiscente per non parlare di 4 piani a piedi …. La casa sporca … gli asciugamani li trovati sotto il vano del divano …. Ma la cosa assurda che su due televisori non se ne vedeva uno …. Acqua della doccia che a volte usciva bollente e a volte fredda…delusa.
