Wonderful

What a lovely hotel. Every single person there made me feel like a member of their family. The rooms were wonderful, the location was perfect. And I felt like a treasured guest. Thank you. You are a hotel with a heart.

Terrible, I don't advise.

There was no hot water all day, scented bed linens, you can see they use cheap powder. Clean towels smell like sweat, too. But the worst part is that they never gave hot water!)

I didn't like it! Good for young people!

We were placed in this hotel for our tour. The hotel is well located, clean. The room is OK. Actually, I liked the receptionist. Super gentle, who helped us with the bags to the 3rd floor, without lift. A 3rd floor with 6 steps, equivalent to a 5th floor, at least. The manha coffee was terrible. Soluble coffee, there was no bread. Fruits only grapes. The coffee lady was very friendly. I would not return to this hotel!!

Hotel badly kept noisy to avoid

Well placed but noisy on a busy avenue.
Old with carpets to change sources of acute rhinitis (dust) occurred twice for two occupants 8 days apart
Poorly held: no towel in the room on arrival. They must be searched in the office. No breakfast at 8:15 on June 12th! The room is in the dark! We are 3 couples to manage in the kitchen to try to make breakfast.The night watchman sleeps with closed fists! One person finally arrives at 8:30 , too late it is the time of our departure on excursion.!!! In the evening of June 11 at 10 p.m. the sounds of drilling upstairs! . A customer must intervene to stop!!!
