Good hotel, fine service
Although we requested a double room we got a twin room.
The room was clean and quite spacious (although here and there poor maintenance marks - loose plaster and broken shower floor).
All the infrastructures worked satisfactorily (hot water, air conditioning, internet)
Breakfast, buffet style, was very good and included dishes beyond the base menu of other hotels.
The service was excellent - the staff could communicate in good English.
We asked for help - from getting directions to reach places in the city, to help with the use of the cellular phone's local SIM, and all responded willingly.

L'hotel è una struttura abbastanza nuova. Il responsabile parla inglese ed è stato molto disponibile nel trovarci una macchina per Moynaq e per i castelli di fango il giorno dopo.
Camera con bagno molto ben tenuta e prezzo contenuto. Colazione a buffet molto variegata. Sicuramente una scelta azzeccata.
