Nothing but disappointing

We reserved a double room thinking it would be like the one in the pictures but it turned out to be bunk beds n a very very small room where we barely had any room. The room didn’t both us much since we were just going to sleep there but when we decided to take a shower.... it was horrifying. There was some liquid on the floor where we were pretty sure it was not water from the smell, the showers were disgusting, it would over flow and weird particles would be floating around in your feet and there was no hot water. After the shower experience we decided to leave and when we mention it to them they said there is no refund but we could NOT stay another day there.

Not that good

The environment is great, people from different locations of the world make the difference. The room was nothing but disappointing. We booked a private twin room, but from the website was a different room. Ours was really, really small. We could barely be both at same time inside the room. It had a good price, one of the bests we could find. The downside is the location, far away from the city downtown. It's near to the Playa Brava though, 5min or less. It didn't provide breakfast but that was OK, considering being unusual thing in Punta del Este

No es lo que esperábamos.

Buena recepción por santiago, anfitrión en ese minuto. La pieza fue una triple con baño privado, el baño sin ventilación con olor a humedad, hongos sin cortina con lo cual se mojaba todo el piso. La cerradura no funcionaba y tenia que quedar sin llave al salir lo cual nos daba 0 seguridad. Las literas inestables con muy poco firmeza lo cual casi me lleva a una caida y darme vuelta al subirme, al mirar estaban "unidas" con clavos, cabe mencionar que soy una persona de contextura normal-delgada (solo para referencia).

NO SE DEJEN LLEVAR POR LAS FOTOS!!

Reservamos, nos cobraron y nos tuvimos que ir!
Las fotos de la publicación no condicen con la realidad. Nuestra habitación que era "la mejor" no tenía luz de techo, solo tenía una pequeña luz como de emergencia, no tenía aire acondicionado ni ventana, la "ventana" es la puerta, una abertura de vidrio que debes tener cerrada ya que da a la calle.
La seguridad nula, solo la traba de la abertura/puerta con una llave que no tiene ni sentido usar.
Ni hablemos de la limpieza!
El acolchado parecía un trapo sucio.
Hablamos de buena manera con el dueño y se negó a devolvernos el dinero.
Horrible.

Atentado a saúde pública

O soul hostel de punta del este. Não tem alcool gel disponível e tampouco sabonete líquido no banheiro. Os quartos além de serem escuros e apertadíssima, apresentam moro nas paredes. Um local horrível na linda cada que não tem manutenção adequada. Cobra caro, cerca de 400 reais e oferecem um serviço péssimo.
NÃO recomendo, nem pra mochileiro despreocupado com a pandemia.
Detalhe: ninguém usava máscara, nem staff e nem hóspedes, uma ilha sem pandemia no mundo!
