One of the most beautiful resort ever visited !

One of the most beautiful resort ever visited !
The natural beauty of sight seeing around and in the hotel itself ,
Indoors swimming pool and Spa center are up to high standards of quality
All hotel staff starting from the hotel manager ,deputy hotel manager , receptionists , restaurant’s staff , spa center manager and animation are all very professional and customers oriented, helpful and friendly
Quality , Variety of food and beverage is behind expectations impact the hospitality level of the hotel
Inside the hotel you will find a lot of entertainment which will fulfil your free time during the day, and during the evening you may enjoy the mountains view and magic nature around
Definitely will come back

Carpathian Reikartz Hotel

Very good hotel in Carpaty of Ukraine
The Carpathian Reikartz Hotel offers 56 modern rooms of the following categories: "Single Classic", "Classic", "Lux", "Junior Lux", "Standard", "Super", which are located in three buildings not interconnected. The main building is built in the classical alpine style. The Scandinavia Corps is made in the spirit of northern Europe buildings with a predominance of pastel-purple tones. The SPA housing is made in the classic Reikartz style, it has a SPA center (separate entrance from the street).

Great place to visit. Food is amazing, staff friendly. We will definitely come back in autumn. Spa area is good but might be overcrowded in pick season. Transfer is affordable and very convenient. Bars in hotels nearby are good for late drinks. They serve homemade wines at great prices.

Excellent hotel

This hotel rates very high in my books, rooms are big and spacious, the food is very tasty and a great choice, very good hotel for kids with lots of activities. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing holiday

Need to know the language.

The hotel complex is nice, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the staff tried to be helpful. However this was not a good choice for an elderly couple ( in their late 70's and 80's) who did not speak or understand Ukrainian. There was only one person at reception who spoke a little English. Since this hotel has great facilities for children most of the clientele were young families with children. We were in one of the buildings separate from the main building which meant a walk up hill to the dining room, which in turn was on the 2nd floor. The food was tasty and adequate, served buffet style. The dining room was as one might find in a cafeteria, very minimalist, no table cloths etc.
The reception went out of their way to help us, and organized a driver for a day trip to Mukachevo. They even prepared a package lunch. We decided not to stay the whole period we booked and they returned one night payment. I have nothing but praise for the staff, both at reception and in the dining room.
The indoor spa and swimming pool looked very clean and modern The grounds are very limited,
