It was the best hotel of a week long tour.

It is a hotel that shows that the opinion about the hotels in Ukraine should not decide with the star. Althought it is a 3-star hotel in many of the top class; cleanliness, being new, service quality and breakfast.

not bad for a business trip for 1-2 days

We were staying in Optima for two weeks in July - beginning of August. The building is quite modern, impressive, the rooms are good in terms of the area, the breakfast is Ok, stable like in all Reikarz hotels. Towels are fresh every day. But that's all. Here positive things finish.
The fisrt and foremost problem of this hotel was dirt! And here I mean absolutely dirty rooms. The floors were really filthy. Come on, do you vacuum clean them at all? Hairs, nails, tiny remnants of different things left by people staying there before you. Bathrooms were cleaned, yes, but only the floors and washbasins. Dispensers were dirty!
The service is OK, but they took away my personal towel and I never saw it again. The administrator could only say sorry. What do you think they would tell me if I took their towel? I would have to pay for it. So, it works only one-way?
The restaurant downstairs is fine, good selection of sihes, reasonable prices.
So, I definetely don't recommend it for a long period.

It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in Vinnytsia so far

Quite new hotel of Reikartz Hotel Group. Located a little outside of the center but city transport connection is convenient. About 10 minutes to bus station and Roshen fountain.
Room is quite comfortable, simple, new and clean. Fast internet. Reasonable price. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, a lot of choice in the wine bar which was a little funny and at the same time special in the morning. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in Vinnytsia so far.

Great

Rooms are new equipped and very clean on a modern stare of the art standard. More then I have expected.
Staff was friendly. It is not in the center of the city but for nevertheless a good choice and will come again,

Modern, convenient, pleasant with an efficient service

Very convenient location from down town-city center, modern construction, pleasant decor, very efficient service at front desk, rooms are spacious with modern furniture, free wifi with sufficient stable signal. Breakfast with a nice offer on variety and quality products, the American style restaurant presents a menu accordingly, I recommend the soup, beef steak , & salads. Desserts are also nice. From the surroundings a few available restaurants with a 2 to 10 minute walking. Pricing in line with the level.
