Nice place for relax in the off-season
PLUS:
1. We were in the off-season - there were no people around.
2. Nice cleaned territory.
3. Adequate staff (reception, workers, restaurant).
4. Replacement of towels made on request more often planned (every 2 days instead of 3 days).
5. Delivered on request, an electric kettle.
6. They provided a heater on their own when the heating system did not work.
7. Have checked in at 12:00 (instead of 14:00) and check out at 12:00 (instead of 10:00).
8. Tasty in restaurant, nice staff catering.
MINUS:
1. Breakfast is not included in the hotel price.
2. The choice for breakfast is not enough (of the five options for breakfast in restaurant, there were usually only two).
3. Wi-Fi on the 5th floor of the hotel almost did not work.
4. By default, the room did not have an electric kettle.
5. Cleaning the sanitary unit was reduced to replenishing the stock of paper, soap, shampoos, without careful cleaning in the area of the toilet and shower cubicle.

Not recommend this place
We had a family weekend there. In a first look, the hotel was fine and nothing was foreshadowing trouble.
If you are staying there, you can use their garden houses for free as well as their pool, but if the hotel is full you should take care of the place.
The hotel room was in the older building and does not have a WIFI, but was clean (exclude bathroom).
There is no cleaning service.
The staff of the hotel are rude and do not look for compromises
The hotel restaurant is not tasty, I bought almost all the main dishes and only national borsch was tasty.
Parking doesn't allow to accommodate all vacationers cars
The last straw was - on the last day after check out (at 10'ock in the morning) we went to the pool, but
hotel staff began to scream near the rest of vacationers about - if we would like to stay near the pool we should pay extra money, that was a surprise for everyone.

Not too far from skiing, friendly, ok for a conference
My group came with somewhat mixed expectations, that were all fulfilled. Over the weekend, the focus was on visiting the nearby ski resorts, the next day we had a work-related conference.
The hotel complex was fine, not extra special great, but fine. Beds were comfortable, staff was helpful, rooms were warm, plenty of hot water in the showers, the sauna complex was big enough for apre-ski warm up. Transportation was arranged as necessary for guests to get to various local ski areas and other attraction. Breakfast was not included, but was available in the on site restaurant, as were lunch and dinner. The restaurant food was good, service was available in several languages including English, and prices were acceptable. Lodging was available in hotel rooms or in family style cabins, all in close proximity to each other. No elevator in the hotel, including up to the 6th floor, but hey, you’re here for sports, right? Plenty of parking spaces. The on site beginners ski hill and rope tow was handy for families with kids.
The conference area was well set up, with a large well lighted room, seating in various configurations, basic conference room equipment. Just one problem - it did not seem to be possible to get the conference room warm. It was not the sub-freezing outside air temperature, but pretty chilly nevertheless. In the conference room there were some radiators and they were working, but the large room and high ceilings just overpowered the radiators. So coffee breaks tended to run long while people ran to their rooms to warm up a bit. Staff was working on the problem, and had our conference run longer might have solved it by running the heating overnight, but in general, probably better to have conferences in the summer. As a holiday resort however, the Gorgany complex was fully acceptable.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed!
I could describe the overall room state as awful and disgusting, seems like there is no cleaning service at all. It also lacked elementary things: there was no heating (stayed here at winter so it was quite cold), the shower was broken, hair dryer (an you can't even rent one on reception because they simply don't have those devices). After some arguing with hotel administration they've changed a room but it wasn't much better. There is also no wi-fi at the rooms and lights are not working in corridor so one should find a door lock in complete darkness literally.
Wouldn't recommend to stay in this hotel to anyone unless you want to turn your weekends into a nightmare.

Very nice place!!!
Great vibe, very homey atmosphere, food is fresh and made to order, great staff and just a lovely and pleasant experience!!! I have stayed there last year for the holidays and enjoyed every single day!!! FIVE STARZ!!!
