Everything was just perfect – a special stay we recommend 100%

I would like to thank the entire hotel team for their hospitality and outstanding work. In today's difficult times, it is particularly valuable to experience such attentive care of guests and a high level of service.
The hotel is always clean and cozy, the breakfasts are varied and delicious, and the location is extremely convenient – within walking distance of the city center. I would particularly like to highlight the friendliness, attention and helpfulness of the staff who create a really pleasant atmosphere.

The most wonderful memories. I will always stay there and recommend it to everyone.

Thank you for the sensitivity, attention, and care with which I was surrounded while in the VIP hotel in Izmail in Ukraine. Very friendly staff, beautiful and clean rooms. Special huge thanks to Lyudmila for her humanity. She is a super attentive and caring employee; if I were her manager, I would encourage her financially and, of course, she is an example to follow. Successes and good luck to the whole team. You are super!!!

One of the best hotel in Izmail

We visited Ismail in the first days of September, looking to see the northen parth of Danube Delta. Because the road condition in Ukraine is not so good and because you never know when you will arrive in a place, we decided to not have a reservation for accomodation.
The big surprise we had in Ismail was to found that all the hotels were fully booked.
Finally and accidentaly we founded VIP Hotel. Clean, modern and very confortable. They offered us a studio where we can stay all four.
I recommend it for business purpose or for family trips.

Отличный отель для транзита

В отель приехали поздно вечером после 9, но встретили и быстро заселили. Стоянку для автомобилей заказывали при бронировании отеля. Очень удобная стоянка за закрытыми воротами перед входом в отель. Но за дополнительную оплату) Номера удобные. Были в люксе. Есть халаты, тапочки, кондиционер, два телевизора, минибар и даже одноразовые зубные щётки. Очень вкусный и сытный завтрак за доплату, но за кофе надо будет ещё доплатить. Было очень много комаров, на ресепшене нам предложили средство против комаров. Отель для транзита в самый раз!

Отлично

Уютный, комфортный, маленький отель. Всё чисто и аккуратно. Одно из немногих мест, где нас согласились принять с собачкой. По моему мнению можно 20 грн. и не брать за стоянку авто внутри ( машину можно оставить и просто около отеля, освещено и под камерами) Ну и при цене в 1300 грн за номер, можно и завтрак в стоимость заложить.
