Самый лучший отель центральной Украины!
Самый лучший и слвременный отель центральной Украины в котором я был! Завтраки вкуснейшие,номера чистейшие,тепло и даже жарко в номерах! Вай фай работает идеально и быстро. Вода из под крана чистая. Есть сейф в номерк,постель приятная,от кроватии спина не болит. Персонал приветливый! Спасибо!

Sport Inn in Cherkasy or how to get under a bridge in a bathhouse.
Imagine walking into an Apple store where everything points to the solidity of the place, from the interior to the service, you are advised on all the functions of the iPhone, you make a payment, and then you are kindly given a xiaomi.
What's the connection? I'll tell you and show you.
When we first arrived at the hotel nothing foreshadowed trouble, the area and location of course could not get worse, initially it even scared, but Inn looked exactly like the pictures in Google (1 photo). The interior inside (the reception and the hotel corridors) were also level, we paid for the room and that was the end of the “good”. The receptionist kindly informs us that our room is not in this building, but in another building, which will still have to be driven a little further. When we arrived at this building, I was speechless and had little idea what was going on (second photo) this building looked like some cheap Motel on the highway, even though the room we took, as the receptionist said, was one of the most expensive. As a result, it turns out that this building houses their bathhouse, where a bunch of men crowd into the evening (you know it's not even safe to leave the room in the evening)
The room was also not the one we pre-booked (3 photos). We asked the management to move us to the room we originally wanted (4 photos) , but we were told that we had already paid more for the room, and to the room "cheaper" they could not overpower us and the difference would no longer be given to us, even though we did not insist on a refund. In general, the house is dirty, instead of quickly fixing the situation, we had to prove and justify to the administration why we do not want this “best” room in their bath. While we were talking about comfort and desire, they were talking about money, even though we didn't ask for refunds from them and we were willing to even pay extra. Eventually, in the evening, we spat and just left this hotel.
What was the story about iPhones and xiaomi? Because I think it's a complete hoax. You walk into one place that has you 100%, pay for a room THERE, and you end up somewhere under a bridge in a bathhouse, next to men drinking.

Good place for stay
The hotel is a comfortable, pleasant and clean place to rest. Everything is new. The staff is very kind and breakfasts are delicious. We had to find working ATM because it was impossible to pay by card but is was 10min walk. Hotel has a parking place.

Отель порадовал, оказалось даже лучше, чем рассчитывали.
Очень свежий ремонт! Все просто в идеальном состоянии!
Мега удобная постель, хорошая плазма, чисто и уютно.
Есть тапки, зубные щётки, мини-бар, фен. При заселении было две бутылки воды.
Завтраки по меню, заказ с вечера. Всё было очень вкусно и сытно. Кофе отличный!
Отель находится на окраине, в промзоне. Мы это понимали, когда бронзировали номер, поэтому без претензий. При наличии автомобиля расположение не имеет значения.
В любом случае намного приятнее жить хоть и не в центре, но в хорошем отеле.

Уютный отель
Если абстрагироваться от местоположения отеля (промзона под мостом), то отелю можно поставить отлично. Номера небольшие, но современные и уютные. Везде чисто, постель и полотенца белоснежные, кровать удобная. В каждом номере большой телевизор, мощный кондиционер, маленький холодильник с мини-баром, который имеет небольшую морозилку, два стакана и две бутылочки по 0.5 воды. С косметики твердое мыло и диспенсер с гелем. Завтраки вкусные под заказ, на выбор до 10 видов, вкусный кофе. Персонал вежливый и услужливый. Есть бесплатный и платный паркинг. Недалеко от отеля находится красивый парк (5-7 мин. ходьбы), напротив парка продуктовые магазины и кафе. Там же находятся и остановки общественного транспорта. Но к этой красоте нужно пройти по промзоне, где даже нет асфальтной пешеходной дорожки... Отелю 5+++, местоположению отеля 2+++.
