The garden is my most liked item,would recommend it to any of my friend who are visiting nebbi town

Must be place in nebbi with a great garden and nice town view on the third floor, it's convenient since it's in the city center with city services near by plus there is a gas station which is owned by the same same hotel , its also great for conferences

Just awful

Okay - trying to be fair here keeping in mind different standards in different countries and I cannot find anything good to say about this place other than if you have no choice but to stay here you will survive.
Barely warm water
Stained towels
Crazy group of young men building a bonfire next to hotel and loud until very late
Mediocre food
Extremely long wait for food - an hour for toast and eggs
Toilet tank overflowing- have to turn water on and then off for flushing to keep bathroom dry

great price

After a bad stay at another place in Pacwach we were taken here. We were told that it was only opened for a short while. We got a basic room with a double bed(very comfortable) with basic amenities. Bathroom with toilet and hot water for a shower. A great mosquito net and 2 chairs along with clean towels. It also had a fan that kept you a little cooler than without. Room was clean. bathroom had sliding glass doors (full length). Door had great locks. This room was on the bottom floor opposite side of the highway.
The staff, cant remember the ladies name , were very helpful and brought us cold water when asked (you pay for it), food takes time but it was very tasty.
This could be a very good hotel in this area that is much needed. If they would add air conditioning, get the tv to work, have screens on the balcony doors and upgrade the eating area so staff do not have to walk so far for drinks etc. they could charge more than double the going rate. The cost was $20 a night. This is the best bargain that we have come across after 5 African countries. CAN BE A VERY GOOD PLACE

Nice meal here

We ate lunch here on a couple of occasions, once on the way to Arua and again coming back. We asked for something that was already cooked and wouldn't take ages to arrive. So we ordered some local food, which they said was cooked and ready to go. We waited. And waited. And waited a bit more. It took around an hour for the meals to come out. Our drinks came out soon enough, but they only asked us once for drinks! Apart from the slow service though, it was good. The staff were friendly, the amenities clean and the garden area was nice to sit and relax in and there was plenty of parking. Drinks were cold, food was good.
Entrance is from either the back or front, but easy to miss from the main road.
