Amazing Hotel

Novotel Trabzon delivered an outstanding stay that hit every mark for a truly excellent hotel experience. The rooms were fantastic with a great view that added real value to our stay, giving us something beautiful to look out at throughout our time there. The comfort level was excellent as well, with a bed that guaranteed a genuinely great night's sleep every single night.
Breakfast was a real highlight, offering a delicious spread that made mornings something to look forward to. The quality and taste of the food set a positive tone for each day and showed that the hotel puts genuine effort into this part of the guest experience.
As status members we received a wonderful upgrade, which was a fantastic surprise and showed that the hotel genuinely values and rewards loyalty. That kind of recognition makes a real difference and elevated the entire stay from the moment we arrived.
The staff throughout the hotel was incredibly friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from check in to check out. Every interaction felt genuine and hospitable, making us feel well taken care of during our entire stay.
A truly special touch that set this hotel apart was the resident hotel cats and the hotel dog. Having these lovely animals around the property added so much charm and warmth to the overall experience. For anyone who loves animals, coming across friendly hotel cats and a dog roaming the grounds creates an unexpected and delightful element that makes the stay even more memorable and unique.
Five stars for a hotel that combines great rooms, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, wonderful upgrades for status guests, friendly staff, and the added charm of resident animals. An exceptional stay that we would happily repeat.
