Nice property in a nice location

The poperty was very nice, in quite area.All amenties were sufficient and workable.Very comfortable beds after a long trip all day long.Management of the property was very helpful in every deamnd of ours ad really fast. Shops, restaurants and market shops are very ear, almost 5 minutes by the foots.It is highly recommended for your short stays in the area. We will return back!!

I booked a two-night stay at Umut Apart last month. However, due to a sudden change in my plans, I was only able to stay for one night.
I spoke with the hotel owner before checking out early. He explicitly stated that I would receive a refund for the night I didn't use. He even asked for my IBAN details for the refund process, which I provided via WhatsApp.
If I had been told that day that a refund wouldn't be issued, I would have changed my plans and stayed at the hotel for the second night of my reservation. I made the decision to leave early entirely on the basis of the promise of a full refund.
Despite the time that has passed, the refund has not been issued. I then tried to contact the hotel repeatedly, but received no response for a long time. I was later told that the hotel owner had rejected my refund request and therefore no refund could be issued.
I was wronged because the promise made to me was not kept. I suffered both financial loss and changed my plan based on that assumption. I checked out early because the hotel owner said a refund would be issued. Therefore, I request a refund for the unused night's accommodation fee that was promised to me.

Very nice stay at Umut Apartments

I enjoyed the stay at Umut Apartments very much. Very nice stuff by the way. The apartment was very clean with everything needed. The location is perfect. It is close to the airport and as well to the Trabzon Meydan. Five stars from my side and very much recommended

Highly recommended

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the experience was amazing. I highly recommend for anyone!I have stayed at dozen of hotels. This was on the top of the list of best. Unlike some of the posts I’ve read in other places, I found Umut Apartments to be clean, inviting and downright classic

Cozy and comfortable

Umut Apartments is a nice and well located place to stay, run by kind people. The apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable, it had all I needed for my stay and I could rest well. It’s close to different shops. I would repeat, so it’s highly recommended.
