Excellent Family Stay During Bayram Holiday
Bayram stay with 2 kids: central location, clean spacious rooms, great breakfast & helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Lovely central stay
We loved everything about our stay
The location is amazing
The room was very comfortable clean and convenient
All amenities were available
No elevator but that wasn’t a problem at all
The breakfast is okay but there are plenty of options around too
The only negative thing is it might get alittle loud in the morning we are late sleepers so you can hear the noise from the street

الفندق يمارس خداعاً واضحاً بتصويره على أنه يحتل المبنى بأكمله، بينما في الحقيقة هو يقع في جزء صغير جداً من المبنى. هذه كانت أولى الخدع الكثيرة التي واجهناها.
**التفاصيل السلبية:**
1. **عدم وجود مصعد:** لا يوجد مصعد في الفندق، مما جعل حمل الأمتعة أمراً مرهقاً وغير مقبول. كان من المستحيل تقريباً التنقل بين الطوابق.
2. **نظافة الغرف:** الغرف كانت قذرة بشكل لا يُحتمل، مما جعل الإقامة هناك كابوساً. شعرنا بالاشمئزاز طوال الوقت.
3. **الأثاث:** الأثاث كان قديماً جداً ومهترئاً، بدا وكأنه لم يتم تحديثه منذ عقود. كان الجلوس عليه مزعجاً للغاية.
4. **الدرج:** الدرج كان كارثياً، غير مريح وخطير، مما زاد من شعورنا بالإحباط والضيق.
5. **موقف السيارات:** لا يوجد موقف للسيارات في المبنى، مما جعلنا ندور طويلاً بحثاً عن موقف. كان هذا الأمر مرهقاً ومزعجاً للغاية.
6. **الموقع:** الفندق يقع في موقع سيء جداً أمام ميدان طرابزون، حيث الزحمة كانت لا تُحتمل. كان الوصول إلى الفندق والمغادرة منه معاناة حقيقية.
7. **الإزعاج:** الإزعاج كان مستمراً طوال الليل، والغرف لم تكن تحتوي على أي عزل صوتي. لم نستطع النوم أبداً، وكانت الليالي كابوساً حقيقياً.
8. **التواصل:** موظف الاستقبال لم يكن يفهم العربية ولا الإنجليزية، مما جعل التعامل معه شبه مستحيل وزاد من شعورنا بالإحباط والضيق.
**الإيجابيات:**
الحسنة الوحيدة في هذا المكان كانت أن موظف الغرف ساعدنا في حمل الشنط وفي ركن السيارة في مواقف مدفوعة تابعة للفندق وبعيدة جداً عنه.
باختصار، تجربتنا في هذا الفندق كانت فظيعة ولن ننصح أي شخص بالإقامة هنا.

2. **Room Cleanliness:** The rooms were unbearably dirty, making the stay a nightmare. We felt disgusted the entire time.
3. **Furniture:** The furniture was extremely old and worn out, looking like it hadn't been updated in decades. Sitting on it was very uncomfortable.
4. **Stairs:** The stairs were disastrous, uncomfortable, and dangerous, adding to our frustration and annoyance.
5. **Parking:** There is no parking in the building, making us drive around for a long time looking for a spot. This was extremely tiring and annoying.
6. **Location:** The hotel is in a very bad location right in front of Trabzon Square, where the traffic was unbearable. Getting to and from the hotel was a real struggle.
7. **Noise:** The noise was continuous throughout the night, and the rooms had no soundproofing. We couldn't sleep at all, making the nights a real nightmare.
8. **Communication:** The receptionist didn't understand Arabic or English, making it almost impossible to communicate and adding to our frustration and annoyance.

The only good thing about this place was that the room staff helped us with the luggage and parking the car in paid parking lots affiliated with the hotel but very far from it.
In short, our experience at this hotel was horrible, and we would not recommend it to anyone.

Nice boutique
TS Park is smack in the middle of town, opposite Meydan Park, surrounded by restaurants and shops. This is a small inconvenience, because the car cannot drop you off in front, meaning a short walk from the back with your luggage. Reception formalities are quick and friendly, but there is no lift.
I got room #105, which was not too many stairs. The room was a generous size, with double bed, side tables, office desk & chair, luggage storage - all modern standard and clean. A good size TV with hundreds of channels, including a good offer of English-language ones. The bathroom was very small, but good walk-in rainshower.
The hotel has a lot of character, with quaint corridor decorations, chandeliers ; there is a communal room on level 2, overlooking the park.
Breakfast is upstairs (lots of stairs !) in a large airy room overlooking the park ; it is buffet style and offers standard Turkish fare, which is not always up to Western expectations. No fresh eggs or juice, but they had a nice coffee machine. There was no yoghurt on offer, but I got some after I asked for it.
I consider TS Park a real boutique-style hotel and it certainly is great value for money. I would not hesitate to stay there again !
