A peaceful and relaxing holiday with friendly staff
It was a wonderful, relaxing holiday with a baby; all the staff were friendly and attentive. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Eray, the manager of FNB. It provided the convenience we needed to be comfortable. Thank you to Mr. Muhammet, the head chef and his team for everything Also, thanks to all the other friends whose names I can't remember The sea was calm in the morning, a little wavy in the afternoon. There was no fight for sunbeds, everyone had a place both by the pool and in the sea, which I think is a plus for the hotel.

Overall lovely experience had a lot of trouble with communication and understanding anything, was really not told anything at check in so went into this hotel quite blindside. Other than that beautiful location stunning hotel and we made the most of our stay.

A vacation without F/P
We stayed 5 nights in room 507. Congratulations on the overall reputation and eco-friendly hotel. Very beautifully located. The teenagers who work at the dining service are helpful, but the number of people is insufficient, making it busy. Our room was never the same as the pictures. There''s a floor building between the sea view. Superior plus rooms are said to be this way. They shouldn’t opt for these rooms. The bed comfort is back in this room. It’s the kind of thing to do. The seating in the rooms is your go-to garden furniture. The comfort of sitting and sleeping in the room is zero. Rooms only have TV on the ground. Don’t get online.In 2025, we should be aware of it. The hotel''s facilities include digital TV. We requested this on September 7 and thanked them for finding a solution that the TV units were not compatible. When we Requested again on the night of September 8th because I couldn’t get out of my sick room, it must have been funny when we answered the question of where you had booked a hotel from the male staff at the front desk, which we met with a laugh and a shy greeting and insensitivity. Thanks to the TV, when they came to change after a little debate, the attitude and personal cleanliness of the other staff showed the quality of the hotel again. Before an opposite staff came and saved the world, they said these TVs weren’t eligible here, but the idiot changed TV in two minutes. We wanted to talk to a management manager about this, and we called 3 times for it, but I don’t think anyone cares about it, nor does the management care about the hotel. We read that breakfast is poor, so breakfasts are made with really good ingredients, but the presentation is very unpretentious. Products from the previous day are coming in front of you. I saw a broken apple in a fruit basket for 4 consecutive days. Platter glass cleaning is definitely a problem with zero-dish machines. That doesn’t matter to management, and I think I read about it in the reviews because it hasn’t changed. A friend said we would have no trouble staying at the hotel because the last day of our flight was just 4 hours after departure, so we wanted to thank the staff at the front desk at 12. Finally, while most of what I said in reviews when choosing a hotel, I wanted to try saying it wasn’t that bad, but consider what’s here. We had something similar because of the reviews. It’s never a good hotel to stay long. A maximum of 2 nights is tolerable. I was able to navigate the intermittent waves 2 times in 6 days. This is not a hotel for patients and pregnant women.
Finally, I hope management will immediately notice the status of the staff and hotel and take steps to improve.
