Excellent Spa sevice
We had a wonderful experience at Chakra Spa at Samara Hotel. My mom had the collagen treatment, and it was absolutely perfect! She really enjoyed the treatment and felt so relaxed and refreshed afterwards. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive, and the whole experience was peaceful and luxurious.
A beautiful spa with excellent service. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend Chakra Spa to anyone staying at Samara Hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I will put an honest review so that hotel can improve itself in the near future.
+ Location is good therefore the sea is really nice. Only good point.
+ Tea and coffee stations are wonderful really
- hotel is extremely old and they didn't do any renovation everything is old and people look tired and even guests look very tired and they are not willing to do anything.
- it's a five-star hotel and they charge accordingly however what they provide is far lower than their Stars.
- you can find some food to eat at least but majority of them are not well prepared and you can easily understand this... Limited options in it or none.
- a la carte options are only two and very poorly prepared. You need to order before and content is really poor.
- Jacuzzi is dirty and perhaps they don't even look at that for days
- billard table is damaged and you can't play
- their night shows are very poor...low level animations (normally I don't even watch but in case people show interest to this part)
- main restaurant waitress do not work until they see tips ..after tip maybe little work bring some drinks but disappear again
- rooms don't include any cotton and brushes or hair dryers are all old...need to ask and wait a few days to arrive

Save your money for another five star hotel that provide far more benefits with less money

We, a group of four girls, chose Samara Hotel and were incredibly pleased.
The sea and entertainment team are especially fantastic.
We would especially like to thank Mr. Basri from Entertainment; he took great care of us.
Askin Beyde is a wonderful person.
A different program is prepared every evening, and customer satisfaction is given great importance.

Overall it was an enjoyable holiday…
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days between June 21-24, and overall we were very satisfied. We would especially like to express our satisfaction with our room cleaning and with Christina, who performed the cleaning. The resort is compact, and the sea is quite enjoyable if there's no wind. The food variety was limited, but it was good. The quality and brands of the drinks are good, but there's no bottle or canned beverage service for soft drinks (except water and mineral water), and only Efes draft beer is available. The dining area is too small for the number of guests and gets very crowded. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a seat. If you want to find a nice spot on the beach, you need to go very early in the morning because the sunbeds are usually taken. It's quite strange that there are no paper towels for drying hands in the communal restrooms; it's the first time I've encountered such a situation. The hotel is very clean overall. The majority of guests are Turkish, and the guest profile is of high quality. The staff are friendly and polite. Despite some drawbacks, overall we had an enjoyable holiday.

Enjoy a pleasant holiday at the hotel in Samara
We were very pleased. The sea is beautiful, the food is delicious, and it's clean and very well-organized. The hotel is full, but the service is so good you don't feel bothered. What I liked most about them was the staff. They were all very respectful and friendly.
