I came to this hotel on my friend's recommendation, and I highly recommend it. It's a very good hotel for the price. In the hotels I've stayed in Beşiktaş before, I always had problems with cleanliness, but the rooms here were clean.

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. let me say that the location is pretty good as it is close to Besiktas square and easy access to the bosporous where many bars and restaurants are. But the actual hotel is a complete mess.
After spending almost my entire stay there we had checked under the bed to see an unhealthy amount of dust and a load of trash underneath. when I say this is DISGUSTING I mean used sanitary pads, empty cans, cigarettes and used vapes all piled underneath the bed. That’s only a little part of the problem too as the mattress has hairs in it along with black mould inside the shower and the fridge also had hairs and stains inside.
The staff were also pretty useless other than 1 or 1 of them. We only had our room cleaned once in the space of A WEEK and it was only cleaned upon request. We also had issues where our key cards didn’t unlock our door (thankfully they actually fixed that) and then one day our door wouldn’t lock at all and we were told we had to wait an hour for the receptionist to come back and fix it. With no confidence I contacted them on Whatsapp to get that fixed.
We also had to request toilet paper which one night after requesting it, it wasn’t even given to us as most of the staff seem more interested in their phones than actually working.
Overall a horrible experience with clearly very lazy workers and I don’t think they employ any cleaners.
1/10 DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Family condo can barely accommodate 2 people. The place seems to be used for illegal things, it seemed like prostitution. The stay was excessively over priced. The staff can't speak english and is unpleasant. The most expensive stay for the whole month of traveling in Turkiye and it was a crap, overpriced and a total dump. Don't go there.

we were hesitant after reading some reviews, but we're so glad we came. They took great care of us, the rooms were very nice, I highly recommend it. You can be sure it's far better than many hotels in Beşiktaş. We told the hotel beforehand that we are meticulous about cleanliness, and a very thorough cleaning was done. They are also helpful if you need anything extra.

Ashtray Hotel

Checked into this “hotel” by the whole family, after reading positive reviews on one of the grounds. The cleanest rooms and excellent service were noted.
What was in store:
1. We didn't notice ourselves, we booked 2 apartments because we were with 2 children, but the staff pretended that the reservation was only one room and assured us that everything was overcrowded.
2. The rooms are small, more than one is not comfortable. If you still have luggage, it won't deploy at all.
3. The room is filthy, just gross. We had a pack of cigarettes under the couch, glasses dirty. It's like we walked into a dumpster.
4. The bathroom was so sad that you could only bathe in slippers. It's not clear how you can run a fortune for that long. Although the hotel positions itself above average. Exhibiting beautiful photos.
5. MOST IMPORTANTLY! NUMBERS ARE SMOKE TO IMPOSSIBLE CONDITION. If you're anti-smoking, this place is hell. The nastiest thing is that people who smoke, including people who have receptionists in those same rooms. In a country where smoking is officially illegal in hotels!
It was just a terrible experience. We could barely get the money back and get out of there the first night.
