We have stayed in Istanbul many times and this property was in a really good location ,close to shops ,ferries and restaurants .The room was spacious ,quirky and comfortable .It is a self check in process which we had difficulty doing and another resident helped us by contacting the host who was very helpful and patient .In the end we were told where to find a key fob which proved to be ideal for us. We followed instructions by leaving a card on the bed to have bedding replaced and towels on the floor to have those replaced but this was not done and our room was not cleaned ,possibly because we had the key fob but if that is the case we should have been told .We stayed there ten days so fresh bedding and towels at last once would have been appreciated .There was never anyone to speak to at Reception on duty .If a person had been there even for one hour a day ,it would have been helpful .Having said all of this ,which sounds negative ,it was still a good place to stay but perhaps not for us .

Everything was so easy and simple! Great communication beforehand so it was quick to get into the hotel and room with the detailed email providing the codes. Only issue I would note is some mold growing in the corners of the bathroom near the shower. Otherwise was super clean and such a lovely place to stay! Great location as well! Walking distance to everything fun
