Great

It is a very good hotel, it has access to all the sights of Istanbul, Istiklal Street, Nisantasi, Galata Port and Besiktas. The staff is excellent and very patient. The breakfast has a lot of variety and is suitable for all tastes. The exterior and interior of the hotel are very beautiful and hotel is very clean .The price is very reasonable. I definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stay at the Titanic Taksim

This is an honest unadulterated review of this hotel.
Excellent location near lots of nice affordable restaurants.
Spotless and comfortable rooms with excellent bathrooms.
Fantastic breakfast.
The children loved the swimming pool.
Professional and polite staff.
The only negative for me was, the staff's reluctance to make a call to a Turkish number, so we could confirm our ride back to the airport with the driver who had brought us to the hotel on arrival in Istanbul.
However, there was one concierge whose name I can't unfortunately now recall ( a lovely middle aged gentleman) who quickly arranged our transport to the airport when the driver we had booked let us down.
One other point, I wanted to send a postcard to a friend's nephew who has downs syndrome and loves receiving post cards from abroad, and as it was my first time in Istanbul, I couldn't find a local post office, I asked a number of staff members to do it for me, and offered to pay them for their time..not one of them agreed to do it. All in all, this hotel is excellent...Next time, I will.hsve to find the nearest post office to it:)

Overall, it was a good 4-star hotel, and I was satisfied with most aspects of my stay. However, the mattresses were very uncomfortable and really need to be replaced, as they affected the quality of sleep.

We had such a great time here. The hotel is beautiful. The location is centrally located, with easy access to all major forms of transportation, including the express bus to the Sabiha Gökçen airport. The spa is BEAUTIFUL and so relaxing. We were upgraded to a suite and very much enjoyed the space. Great service. We would absolutely book here again or encourage others to do so.

One of the best hotels in town

This hotel is in a great location and the food is excellent also the concierge was one of the most customer friendly, knowledgeable and focused on making our stay an exceptional experience and made our trip oh so much easier to enjoy.
