I had a single room, which was exactly as advertised.
In a quiet street close to all the city hussle and bussle and night life. Lots of supermarkets nearby. Ideal location to explore Istanbul and close to Taksim square.
The manager was very helpful and attentive.
Would have another holiday here.

Cleaning Issue

I stayed at Taksim Fullunay Suites last night and would like to share the negative experience so it’s completely constructive. I already expected to stay just for one night was pretty low, I didn’t have many criteria, but I was really disappointed to come across such a dirty environment.
Although the location was actually a convenient spot, the level of cleanliness was so under-sized that I felt insecure and uncomfortable. Even the one glass in the room was dirty, and it was a special addition to just one glass for a stay for two. The headbed was dusty and the sink and kettle were so dirty, so I even refused to touch anywhere in the room.
Though all this could be easily fixed with little taps, the overall experience was very bad. In fact, with a thorough and thoughtful cleanliness and necessary renovations and renovation of damaged / dirty objects, I believe this place can be a truly enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a positive review.
I paid £1,285 on Airbnb for my stay. In exchange for this amount, I would like at least basic cleanliness and hygiene to be met. I would like to share this feedback in a kind yet clear way, not to make it worse, but to contribute to the hotel’s self-help. I expect a better guest experience with the necessary cleaning and renovations
