I would not recommend this hotel. Looks nothing like the photos. Very run down building. Rooms are dirty , bedding had burnt marks all over time. Shower is full off black mould. Air conditioner not working. Wake up with bites over my legs. Was due to stay 4 nights. I spent 1 night and left. Did not get refund for other 3 nights.

Deception

Very very bad hotel.
it's ruins with mold, mosquitoes, and late-night karaoke accompanied by African drums.
Don't book these ruins under any circumstances.

We stayed 5 nights with my boyfriend the location is very good hotel very modern but I read in the reviews before going and freeze back from the room there is a smell of a toilet in the room igrenc degree and entered each room and long in our bathroom sometimes even when preparing in the bathroom this I think it would be good to get a heck of a problem, the breakfast of the hotel is a little squeezy and sweet, but it does not have a problem the room is always cleaned in the room

Very Disappointing Stay — Poor Facilities and Maintenance

I rarely write negative reviews, but this stay was truly below expectations. The room was extremely small, and although I specifically requested a queen bed, I was given two separate single beds that couldn’t even be joined together.
The room itself felt neglected — the walls were worn out, the faucets were loose, beds and pillows super uncomfortable, and there was no proper ventilation, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. Even the cups provided were dirty. Housekeeping rarely came during my stay and had to ask for them twice, and the corridors were dark with no proper lighting at night.
On top of all that, the street noise was constant and loud, making it almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, it felt more like a poorly maintained hostel than a hotel. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle. I would not recommend this place.

I won’t say it was the best stay. Had to check in a dirty half broken room. Not sure why we were allocated that room. Requested the receptionist to change our room but was fully booked on that night. The bed did not have any blanket and had to request one. Upon request we received a smelly, used and a bleached blanket. The room itself was suffocating for the mouldy smell. The toiletries had marks, shower head holder was broken. To summarise the room was a total disaster. The receptionist requested us to stay for the night and a change of room was promised. The new room was decent but again not the best. Staff were great and friendly just the hotel itself was not for us
