Great location and very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent, but it lacked variety (for example, no fruit and the same selection every day). There was very little natural light in the room due to the hotel’s facade design. In general, the lobby, elevator (with red lighting), and hallways were also quite dark, though I assume that’s part of the atmosphere they’re aiming for. I was also a bit disappointed with the gym, which looked much bigger and newer in the photos. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Staff was great, lounge is great. Limited noise from the street. Location was awesome, just a block from the walking street. Rooms are small. I thought I booked a king bed but got a queen. In December the room was warm, almost too warm. We were on the 8th floor and had to crack a window for any ventilation. That sadly meant on Saturday night smoke was wafting into the room, I am guessing coming from the 9th floor rooftop. It’s a nonsmoking room however. Good value and felt safe though.
