Two nights in Istanbul

Me and my friend visited for a short two night stay to watch a football game at Fenerbache. Location is very good and was easy to get to various places in the city. Room was clean, comfy with a nice bathroom. Restaurant area was good value with good entertainment. I ate here on the first night, had the Turkish kebab which was very nice!

Very good vegetarian

We’re vegetarian and all the menus are the same but this place had the tastiest meze and vegetarian grill we’ve had in Istanbul…all the classics done exceptionally…lovely people and a great place to spend a few hours…our go to now.

Flawless Stay with Outstanding Hospitality!

We visited Istanbul on our way to Tanzania and Zanzibar, never imagining that this hotel and Istanbul itself would become the highlight of our entire trip. If you ask our 7-year-old son what he enjoyed most from our three-week safari adventure in Africa, he will tell you it was meeting the staff and enjoying the food at the Old Harbour Inn.
The staff were absolutely amazing with our son. He couldn’t wait to spend time with them and even said, “I can’t believe I made some adult friends.” Throughout our four night stay, we spent many happy hours enjoying the delicious food, and our son especially loved the mocktails. The team were incredibly friendly and patient with him, and it’s clear they gave him memories he will cherish forever.
We have visited Turkey a couple of times before, but Istanbul felt far more authentic than the tourist resorts we had previously stayed in. We completely fell in love with the city and cannot wait to return. I have never visited a place that gave me goosebumps and brought tears of joy, such an enchanting, magical city.
We are truly grateful to the Old Harbour Inn for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and for kicking off our adventure in the most wonderful way. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms are stylish, spacious, and comfortable; the location is fantastic; the food is sensational; and the service is the best we have ever experienced.
Without a shadow of a doubt, we will be back in Istanbul, and we will absolutely be staying at the Old Harbour Inn. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Warm welcome

This is a small hotel around 15-20 minutes walk from the blue mosque and grand bazaar. For us it was a good balance of not being too central and therefore a little quieter and more cost effective, but also accessible. It’s located around a small square where there are lots of eating and drinking options which was ideal for us.
The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable and plenty of room for our luggage as Istanbul was a stop off on a longer trip so we had large bags to accommodate. The shower was nice and powerful and although the main square could be noisy the double glazing did its job and blocked out the sounds well.
The staff really made it though, they could not have been more friendly and accommodating, even appearing with umbrellas one morning when we set out in the rain. Would definitely stay here again.
