The best in Istanbul

It's my only choice of place every time I come to Istanbul. As a solo traveler, safety is my top priority, and of course, comfort is incredibly good too. Their breakfast was simply PERFECT.

The room was lovely, I really couldnt fault the staff or the hotel. My only gripe is that the hotel allows people to smoke in the rooms. Despite having nonsmoking floors, I could still smell a strong smell of cigarettes when I came out of my room which I did not like at all.

It will be our first choice in Istanbul.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Melas Hotel in Istanbul. From the very first moment, we were greeted with smiles and felt right at home.
We would especially like to thank Ms. Nüsra, the breakfast manager, who took great care of us, and even our son, every morning at breakfast. Her smiling face, sincerity, hospitality, and heartfelt conversation made us feel that she approached us not just out of professional obligation, but with genuine, heartfelt interest. She was one of the people who made our vacation even more special.
We hope to come again as a family next year, God willing. We wholeheartedly recommend Melas Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Once again, thank you so much for everything, especially for Ms. Nusra's attention and effort.

Clean and nice hotel.

This is the only good hotel we'll stay at when we arrive in Istanbul. We stayed at other hotels before, but this was the one we were most satisfied with.

Fantastic Hotel, Friendly Staff and Great Location

I am still staying at Melas Hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff are exceptional always friendly, helpful, and professional.
A very special thank you to Nusra and Idris in the breakfast restaurant. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, making every guest feel at home. Today, Nusra kindly prepared fried eggs with sausage especially for me and even served me a delicious cup of authentic Turkish coffee after breakfast. Their warm smiles and outstanding hospitality make every morning a wonderful start to the day.
I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the hotel manager, who yesterday left a personal card and a thoughtful gift in our room. It was such a kind gesture that made us feel truly valued and warmly welcomed.
The room is modern, beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed is excellent, and the room is cleaned to a high standard every day.
The breakfast is fresh, delicious, and offers a wide variety of choices. The entire hotel is impeccably clean and very well maintained.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Istanbul and close to Beşiktaş, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions.
I will definitely book Melas Hotel again on my next visit to Istanbul. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, and genuine Turkish hospitality.
