Wonderful centrally located hotel
A wonderful hotel with extraordinary amenities. Our every need was accommodated with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We enjoyed the saunas after a long day of sightseeing. Quiet, spacious rooms. The beds were so comfortable. The food and beverages are fresh and beautifully prepared. The location is about 30 minutes from most attractions. We used Uber to get around with excellent success.

We returned in our two week Turkey vacation because of the service!
The location is a little far from some main sites most tourists want to see however, after having experienced staying in the Old Town versus the Lionel hotel and commuting to the tourist sites via public transit, my boyfriend and I felt much more comfortable at this hotel and found it very easy to navigate transit with the help of the hotel concierge advice. We stayed here once for 3 days and then toured around Turkey and then returned for 3 days because we loved the service and the comfortable vibes SO much compared to the lower star hotels in the Old City. The breakfast in the morning is amazing and I am happy to recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting Istanbul.

A Wonderful Experience
We had a wonderful experience. I would especially like to thank İrem from the Guest Relations team for her exceptional hospitality. Throughout our stay, they were extremely kind, friendly, attentive, and hospitable.
We had a minor issue at the start of our trip; however, İrem handled it immediately with great care and professionalism. He listened carefully, acted quickly, and ensured that everything was resolved, making sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

"A perfect stay, I highly recommend it!
We spent 10 days in this hotel and we are really delighted with it. Everything was perfect!
The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. A big thank you to all the housekeepers and everyone who took care of cleaning our room during our stay. Their work and professionalism were truly appreciated.
I would also like to thank the housekeeper, who is in charge of the housekeepers, in particular for her great professionalism, her kindness, her smile, and her availability. She was always very pleasant and attentive.
The breakfast is hearty and varied, and the entire team is truly very professional and welcoming.
A special mention also goes to Sona, at the front desk, whom I thank in particular for her professionalism, her kindness, and her welcome.
We truly had an excellent stay. It is a great hotel that I recommend without hesitation!

Sadly the airconditionning did not work well, and I had a room just underneath a baby who cried all night. I was able to change rooms this morning.
