The staff was great very helpful!
However I am rather disappointed and confused that they charge for services in euros considering that this is not their currency. I sent laundry to be done in the hotel, clothes where not cleaned well, and did not smell fresh. Breakfast was ok, some days better than others. Very central location easily accessible and walkable to nearby shops and restaurants.

The place was in a tourist area but still felt we we were not. Was very clean and they weee very helpfu and tried to help us with everything! I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is very central in the heart of Sultanahmet. It was 8 min walk to the metro, which we used a lot. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and even offered to store our luggage for us. Great breakfast. I like having eggs in the morning and the chef made me omelettes every day.
I highly recommend this hotel.
