The hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel as advertised. I was pressured daily by a Senior to give a tip. He even followed me to the elevator, and despite knowing that I was sick that day, he ran towards me like a child asking for pocket money. He made an unhappy face when he wasn’t satisfied with the amount. The Wi-Fi never worked. The bidet shower in the toilet didn’t function at all. Cleaning and tidying up only happen after you check out. The hotel is located right next to an erotic shop, and in the evenings, there are occasionally street prostitutes nearby. So, it’s definitely not suitable for families. The only positive aspect was the young staff, who were very dedicated. Thanks to them. Drunk people shout through the streets at night. No recommendation for this Hotel. That was my last time in overvalued Kadiköy.

The hotel is generally very well cared ⁇ especially the front desk osman sir thank you very much for your interest I don't need to look for a hotel once I come back to Istanbul
