I come from South Korea. I have a habit of traveling the whole world. Especially going to Türkiye every year. This time is 5 visits . I mean I have a lot of experience staying in various hotel .When I was trying to find another hotel , I met Ebrus who is an owner n manager . I can't never forget her sincere responsibilty n could feel Ebrus truly loved her hotel.
I was impressed on Ebrus's strong passion , so booked Sureyya hotel .While staying ,I felt as if I were in my own home. Location ,which is near Lareli station,
is so easy to get every where you want.
Facilities are remodeled . This hotel offers great value for money .great cost effectiveness.This hotel was no different from a hotel costs twice as much where I stayed before . So satisfied .
Thanks again all staffs including Yusuf & Adam.
Especially thanks millions Ebrus for her sincere, warm hearted kindness .Definitely I will stay Sureyya next year ,too. Istanbul is the top best city in the whole world.

Great location and reasonably priced

Great location - 5 mins walk to Vezniceler metro (1hr to Istanbul airport), and 5mins walk to Laleli tram stop (10mins to Blue Mosque Basilica Cistern, and Hagia Sofia, and 15mins to Eminonu boat station). All staff (concierge / waiting staff / room maids) very kind and helpful. Large range of food for breakfast, catering for both local and international tastes. Quiet street whilst being so close to the Grand Bazaar, Valens Aqueduct, and Suleymaniye Mosque. Plenty of restaurant options just round the corner. Our room was cleaned every day.

Simple and medium hotel

We spent eight nights in this hotel which is located in Lilela very close to bus frame and metro transport. The hotel is just average in a quiet location. The reception staff is very friendly, smiling and very helpful Adem Ali and all the others. Cleaning is done every third day but on demand maids when they are rewarded do their job well. The rooms are spacious but poorly equipped, just the thing. No safe in the rooms but they are available at the reception. The bathroom is very narrow. Breakfast is varied, rich and hearty. I recommend this hotel for those who want simplicity and are not very demanding.

Great location between metro and trams to take you everywhere in istanbul, great food in locality. Great water pressure, there was a small stain on the my bedsheet. Told the staff and they changed everything immediately. Very helpful and great breakfast options.

New Year Istanbul

I want to tell you about how we arrived at the Süreyya Hotel with a friend on December 31, booked a tour on the holiday for an inexplicable reason the payment did not go through and we had to pay for our arrival for 2 nights in cash at the hotel, as tour operators were no longer working. For 1 night for 1 room we had to give 10.000 rubles at the reception that is 3000 lire for 1 night payment twice as much for reasons unknown to us. The cost of 2nd night (2 persons) on the hotel website says $85. We didn't put on swearing so we wouldn't ruin our New Year's Eve mood
