Very nice stay

Had a great stay at this hotel with my family in mid August 2026. Absolutely perfect room we were given. In fact we were upgraded to a better room then the one we booked. Zero complaints about beds, massive bathroom with bath tub and huge shower.
What can be improved is the breakfast options. And repetitive breakfast each day. Also no bathrobes in rooms.
Special mention for Yunus (concierge) and Ulas (housekeeping).
Location is in the business area and very few options near by for food. Metro is close by though with a direct line to Taksim Square and beyond.

A FRONT OFFICE MANAGER UNWORTHY OF THE HILTON BRAND.

Mr. Onur is by no means a front desk manager whose name is unworthy of the Hilton name. Mr. Enes, who handled my check-in, upgraded my room to a King Corner Deluxe room. The next day, due to high occupancy, he upgraded my room again to an Executive room. However, a person named Mr. Onur, who is unworthy of the Hilton name and who either didn't know or ignored the fact that an upgrade means a free room upgrade, demanded extra money. I have stayed at Hilton hotels many times in Europe and the USA, and this is the first time I've encountered a front desk manager like this. Mr. Onur, you don't belong at Hilton. I'm leaving after only one night at this hotel, which I had planned to stay at for two, because they said there were no rooms available.

Convenient

I stay there at least twice a year and spend more than 15 nights since years. Location is great, staff is VERY FRIENDLY and helpful. Breakfast and staff at breakfast is specially great…

Delightful Istanbul Stay at Hilton Maslak

Great service and great venue. Especially, food chef Mustafa was brilliant. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Room Attendant- Ulas Kassap

I want to give a special shoutout to Ulas Kassap on the housekeeping team. I asked him for a small favour during my stay, and he went above and beyond to take care of it and even left a thoughtful note letting me know it was done. That kind of attentiveness and reliability really made my stay better. Hotels are only as good as their staff, and Ulas is a great example of what excellent service looks like. Thank you Ulas!
