Surgery treatment.

After my partner’s surgery, the staff were kind, supportive, and professional. I would especially like to mention the Guest Relations gentleman, who was caring and always helpful. He made us feel comfortable and supported throughout our stay.
The hotel is modern and beautiful, with spacious rooms and stunning views of the city and the Sea of Marmara. The food was excellent, with great variety and quality.
We are highly recommend to others this fabulous hotel!

Hilton Bakirkoy

The hotel is completely run down, and the staff's work is below criticism!
The windows in the room are very dirty - they haven't been washed this season, apparently.
The towels at the pool were dirty and torn - is this a 5-star hotel level?
I asked for water to the room and called the reception three times - they didn't bring it until I went down myself and caused a scene!
Disgusting!!!

It was a great experience; the hotel was quiet and clean, the service was excellent, and it was close to all services and shopping areas.

Nice hotel

Excellent service. The public relations manager and concierge staff were very helpful, respectful, and efficient. The view was wonderful, and the rooms were clean. I would rate this hotel 7 stars; it's a very upscale hotel.
